It is another splinterland battle challenge week which we all look forward to, waiting for the lucky monster card to use to each particular week and this thing we are using the gem from life summoner, The Defender Of Truth. According to splinterlore

The Defender of Truth is a powerful wizard of Khymeria, as well as an important political figure for the Order of the Silver Shield. When the Khymian warriors march to war, the Defender of Truth is their General. He inspires his troops with the divine protection of the Silver Shield.

I will assume most life splinter user especially me will love to make use of this particular card every chance they have especially using it with Tyrus Paladium and Truthspeaker which also have the same ability as this particular card (To Protect), Combining thing three, will surely give you a strong amours to protect your cards.

This magic card when max will surely be a good fighter, how i wish it is within the water territory, it will be more amazing. A protector and extra magic attack, well it is what it is.

The Battle Plan

The battle was between me and @jrkalin in a 34 mana capped battle where we are allowed to use between fire, earth, life, death and dragon, Missed my precious water summoner so i pick the dragon summoner which is one of my favourite, under the equal opportunity and Broken Arrow (No Range attack) rule. Had to arrange my lineup in this manner.

Sacred Unicorn which is 7 mana capped and currently in level 3 with 3 special ability which 2 is my favourite, the heal which always restore part of the monster health each round, the Trample which make the monster add additional attack when it kill an enemy monster and lastly the piercing ability which really i still cant figure out how it work. This monster card is always my frontline anytime i use it.

Manticore which is always my second monster because of the 3 ability which are the Reach (which allow this melee card to attack from the second position), the Thorns which deal extra damage back to a melee attacker and also the flying ability which allow it to likely evade attack from melee and ranged attacker.

Slivershield Assassin which i do make use of because of abilities at level 6, the sneak ability ( ability to attack last enemy monster) giving it a double strike attack and also poison it (extra damage). Followed by Manticore which i already talked about.

Prismatic Energy with the almighty health, the reflect and void ability. I do make use of this particular card in case the enemy is using magic attackers. Then i put furious chicken just to hold the backline.

I was shocked when i saw what the opponent use to the point of losing hope. Me against Scarred llama mage and also using kron but level. Had to calm down when i saw that, even though my opponent have a good summoner (cant figure out the level), the monster cards arent that strong and the rule actually favour me and I won the battle without really loosing much.
