Taking The Reverse Speed In A Surviving Way

I must say the previous season was really somehow even though I had to go back to the wild ranked battle just to get back to the gold league since I have enough cards and summoner to use without having to rent any card from the market so it was really easy to move from bronze to gold league, I was really hoping to reach diamond league within the last 2 days before end of season but we had no light and all my gadget was down so I wasn't online for 2 days and I came back to see the season already end. Taking a look at what I got in the seasonal chest was really of average and i was able to pick level one of my life element summoner and some cards

Taking a look at what we have for the week battle mage challenge and it is the Reverse Speed they picked for this week theme, when it come to this rule set, it reversed things and allow the monster card with the lowest speed to attack first and also give them high chance of evading attacks, this is why it is reversed of the normal rules which allow the card with the highest speed to attack first and also evade attacks. When it come to this kind of ruleset, users always try their best in bringing the lowest speed card on board and on my part, i do like making use of fire element if I want to bring in Grum flameblade or earth element so as to use my other cards and I also make sure I don't use any summoner that add speed, swiftness or slow based card and also make sure I don't pick enrage or monster cards with last stand abilities because they are useless in this battle and now we have a new card added to this collection that is good in this reverse speed ruleset.

Let take a look at my battle for this ruleset which i had with slgamer in a 42 mana capped match with just 2 ruleset, Reversed speed which is the main and Ferocity which give all monster card the fury ability, this means they will be able to double their attacks anytime they attack a card with the taunt ability, seeing this I knew using any taunt cards in this battle will put me at a huge disadvantage against him. We could only picked from 3 element, life, water and death, I had to choose life element since I had the intention of using captain katie which is a gladiator in this battle. So I went ahead to set up my formations.

whenever I make use of life element, The imperial Knight is always my frontline since it can heal itself and also have the void amour which make it more useful and last longer, the 6 armour coupled with the 8health make the cards more useful.



Luminous Eagle just as luminous as it is, had to take the second position as a back up to Imperial Knight since it has the Reach ability which allow melee monster card to attack from the second position and also have the flying element which give it chance to evade attack from non-flying monster cards. This cards have on armour but it is still useful in this battle.



I had to pause the melee cards and use magic cards instead, so I picked Djinn Renova with 3 magic and a strengthen ability which had extra +1 health to all monster cards which make them have more chance to stay strong in battle. It is one of my most use magic cards.



The main reason why I choose life element is the because of Captain Katie which is one of the gladiator magic cards with the snipe ability, this give them the ability to attack magic and range cards that aren't in the first position and as a gladiator, when ever it destroy a card, it increase in all stats



What more make the battle interesting if you don't have enough healing cards, so I had to make use of venari crystasmith, one of the range cards with the tank heal just to support any frontline cards to heal them whenever it is weak and at each round. But as a range cards, it can't attack from the front position.



Lastly is the porter spinner which I had to use in this battle mainly because of the 3 range stat and also the scattershot ability which make it attack any monster cards at it own random will. even though the health is below average, the armour will make it stay stronger for a little while. I had to submit the battle and was waiting to see how the battle play out.

My opponent really came prepared with lot of range cards with a summoner that add +1 range stats to all his card which really make them powerful and he even use a double strike range card that double the attack to 6, he really seem powerful but once his range card reach the first position, they always become useless and unable to attack, I was able to bring most of his range card to the first position so they wont be able to attack and that give me more advantage over him and I won the battle fairly.
