It is time for another weekly splinterland battle challenge where we come together to share our battle strategy and also sharpens player skills based on the rulesets give to us weekly, we have lot of users taking part in this challenge which we all can read different approach and strategy to how users play this kind rule set and which monster cards they bring on board.

This week rule set is the Odd One Out, when it come to this kind of rule sets, only odd mana capped monster cards can be use in this battle which means we can make use of any ability strategies as we pleases without any limit. The most important things now is to focus on other rule sets attached to it or the mana capped given, based on which mana capped and element given to choose from, you can easily predict what your opponent might likely bring on board and how well to play your own cards.

My Rule Set: Odd One Out + Armoured Up + 13 Mana Capped

The battle given to me was on average based on the 13 mana capped given and to top it all, another ruleset was added which is the Armoured up which give all monster cards extra +2 armour to their normal amour stats. We could also picked between water and dragon element only, on a normal day, if the mana capped is huge and we have more element to choose from, i do pick between fire and earth since I have enough odd mana capped monster cards in this two element which can last longer in battle but with this average requirement given in this battle, I had to go with water element instead of pairing dragon with it.

13 means less wing spreading and my summoner is already taking 4 mana cap which means I have 9 mana left and the only option that came to mind is to use 3 cards with 3 mana cap so I had to check out my collection to see which card best fit the battle.

I had to picked Cruel Sethropod as my frontline with 4 health and total of 6 armour, Sabre shark which is an average sneaky monster card and lastly Pelacor Bandit which is also a sneaky but flying monster cards. I had to use the sneaky strategy so as I can attack the backline because there are chances he will want to put his good start card as a backline incase he use one.

Check out what he brought onboard wasn't surprising at all since we both dont have the chance to use high based cards and I was surprised he didn't use any sneaky card at all but decided to use 2 melee and one range cards which gave me some advantage over him, since I will be destroying his range card first. At some point he even missed some attacks due to my card speed is higher than his own and I won the battle fairly.

THANKS FOR READING! CONTINUE PLAYING SPLINTERLANDS AND EARN THOSE JUICY REWARD
