The Underestimated Doctor Blight | Oh Why Scarce In Battle

We are almost at the end of the season which remain 6days 19hours as at now and based on the recent town hall meeting, a big announcement was made which will bring in new change to the whole game once again especially to the leaderboard section, there won't be any leaderboard section for other league except champion league, I remember those days when we only have just one leaderboard at champion league and it was one of the toughest days, all top players want to be among the top 50 so as to get the extra leaderboard reward back then so it was really competitive but fun, I think I was only focused on entering champion league back then just to increase my chances of getting good cards, now this time around it will the battle of the strongest, the violent taketh it by force (you know what i mean), if you don't have full deck, you won't be on the board talkless of earning leaderboard rewards.

This week, I had to check out one of the cards that I rarely see people use in battles anymore, it is one of the good card out there with some amazing abilities that can put you at a good advantage in battle even with the low speed which I do see as the only issue, I call it the Doctor of all Monsters, the name of this particular card is Doctor Blight, people rarely make use of it the way they use to before maybe due to the other cards but the main reason I still prefer this card is because it is a magic cards and one of the little mana capped cards which means it can be everywhere in terms of mana cap. This card also came with some amazing abilities which include Affliction which prevent target from healing, Camouflage which make it invisible to attackers unless it is in the front position, Poison which give it 50% chance to poison it prey, Scavenger which give this card +1 health when any card die and lastly is Weaken with give -1 health to all opponent cards, this abilities are all debuff which make the card more useful.

I had to showcase this particular card in a battle I had with crypostache in a 38 mana capped with the following rule set Target practice which give all cards the snipe ability, wand out that allow only magic cards and blood and sunder which is a new ruleset, it give all cards corrosive ward. Since it is a magic based battle and we could pick between water and death element I decided to pick death over water element since I have a card with silence ability on phantom soldier. I picked my summoner which have no impact in the battle and decided to use prismatic energy with magic reflex and void, Djinn Muirat with void armor and magic reflect, phantom soldiers with came with silence and void as my main focused ability, Magi Necrosi with the camouflage and oppress ability and lastly is Doctor Blight which is the main card.

My opponent actually came up with top quality cards and based on the wand out rules set, I really pick the required abilities to counter attack my opponent, blight really did well with the poison and also scavenger which make it last long in the battle it didn't work alone here but with team work I was able to win the battle. What do you think of Doctor Blight abilities and how good is it?

There are so many cards in the game but there are some cards that are just a tick more usefull than the average and I believe that Dr. Blight is definitely one of them :-)
