PIZZA 2 Brawl Report - 25 Nov 2025

Greetings everyone, we are off to a brand new week and the latest brawl which my guild PIZZA 2 participated in had ended just about 2 days ago and it is time again to look at how our guild did for this brawl on all aspects such as a guild, individually how each of the brawl matches went for me and the thoughts and decisions made behind how I setup each lineup against all the opponents that I am facing in the brawl and how I adjusted each lineup to we get the most out of each ruleset. And I look back at the dates, it had been a week since I last shared on my brawl report. Apologies that I wasn't as consistent due to my busy work schedule.

Right now my focus and fray to be competing in will be the ones with Conclave Arcana and Rebellion which is either fray 4 or 5. I started gathering more Conclave Arcana and Rebellion cards so as to strengthen my modern ranked battle games and at the same time, will allow me more versatility to handle each ruleset and hopefully these cards can help me a little in the brawls. To also remind myself, I cannot be just using the same old cards at the same level without growth as other players will grow too. So let's get right on with the brawl report.

Brawl 1

	Remarks
Selection:	Only Aim True ruleset. Since I do have earth splinter to be used, of course earth will be a good choice as I can use Quora for the match and use her capability of striking and healing, then growing with blood list to push through.
Outcome:	Win! I do have other elves on top of Quora that can punish opponent's cards big time and they sure did as I slowly cleared off the rest to get the win.

	Remarks
Selection:	Little League, Weak magic and Four's a crowd. A little harder in terms of selection but I still somehow pulled one off using Jini Guise to boost the armour of my cards and hopefully it is enough to withstand what my opponent lined up for me.
Outcome:	Win! Opponent used Jini Guise as well but no match for my curated lineup with a much stronger card set to land the win with more damage dished out per turn.

Brawl 3

	Remarks
Selection:	Thick Skin and Poison + Earthquake combination. This is the most sickening combination. To overcome 1 of the 2 ruleset, I planned and used dragon splinter and at the same time used more flying cards to overcome earthquake to outlast my opponent.
Outcome:	Lose. While indeed I could survive longer, Endless Ape and the Quora on my opponent end gave me a hard time and I couldn't overturn the match.

Brawl 4

	Remarks
Selection:	Broken Arrow, Dragon Breath, What's Doesn't Kill You. For this, I used a fire splinter combination where I have demoralize and various additional armour and blast to see if I can overcome my opponent.
Outcome:	Lose. Chinmey was not as good as Marisol that just keep coming back to my lineup for more and just terrorize through to take up the win. Nicely played by my opponent.

Brawl 5

	Remarks
Selection:	Noxious Fumes, Going The Distance and Weak Magic. For this, the goal is to put up as many cards as we can and of high health so as to outlast poison.
Outcome:	Win! Seems like opponent do not have enough cards and I was able to just win it easy with my array of strong range attackers.

Brawl 6

	Remarks
Selection:	Lost magic, Tis but scratches and stampede. Melee/range match so I decided to go with melee and using inspire to boost up the melee attack of the cards and I put together a strong fire lineup to face my opponent with plenty of backline attackers.
Outcome:	Win! Another match whereby my opponent depend alot of the higher mana cards while I tear my opponent apart using the smaller ones and clear them before they clear mine.

Guild Final Tally

I was assigned 6 matches for this brawl and won 4 out of 6 of the matches and an additional 2 free win due to unfilled frays. Outsmarted by opponent in 2 matches where Quora and Marisol led their teams to overcome mine. Something for me to learn and do better for future.

Not so good for this brawl as we further dropped to rank 8. We are not doing well in terms of our win rate and slump further. More deep dive and understanding needs to be done so that we can do better in next brawl. Go PIZZA 2!

Closing
We are not doing too well in the result and some further analysis and deep dive is required for us to get back on track.
