This week the rule is:

FEROCITY

This Monster does double damage to targets with the Taunt ability.

BATTLE TIP:

- Avoid using cards with Taunt ability

Ferocity, or popularly known as Fury, is a battle rule that makes cards do double damage to enemies that have the Taunt ability. An excellent rule to face Tanks with high life points and a shield that like to center all the damage on them while the other cards destroy the opponent's deck.

I recommend using at least one card with a high physical damage power (if you have the Shatter ability even better) or magic so that if the enemy has a card with Taunt on the field you can destroy it as quickly as possible.

Because I have a card that heals Poison in the water deck and thinking about doing direct magic damage along with the poison of each round, I chose Alric as Summoner to do this damage mix and try to win the fight.

With that in mind, I set up my strategy with the following cards:

Seeking to survive the poison and the attacks, I put my team with a Tank with Heal with a support with Cleanse to remove Poison and try to hold a few rounds.

Allied to this is a card with Sneak with a high damage power to attack the back cards that may have a high damage as well.

With low life points, but with high damage, I put Ruler of the Seas with 4 damage and Blast to be able to hit enemies before the poison kills him.

ENEMY STRATEGY

The enemy came with a similar strategy, but with a Tank with Enrage that would be activated before his shield ended because he would suffer magic damage. And there would be a support with Heal to heal him.

In the second position he placed a card to avoid taking magic damage with Void, Slow to decrease the speed of my cards and Strenght to further increase the life of his allies. A full support with 12 health.

While I focused on attacking, he focused on staying alive, so the poison would kill my cards as long as he survived at least 6 rounds.

WHAT COULD BE DIFFERENT?

Using the tool SplinterTools I saw that my chance of winning was 0%. So I made some changes to see if I could increase my chance.

I repositioned some cards and realized that I would have to change my Tank to one with void and a lot of shield and health and not one with just Heal. I also took a card with only 1 magic damage and put one with 2 magic damage that with the bonus would go to 3 and would make it easier to kill the enemy. With that I managed to increase my chances from 0% to 100%.

Este Monstro causa o dobro de dano aos alvos com a habilidade Taunt.

DICA DE BATALHA:

- Evite usar cartas com habilidade Taunt

Ferocity, ou populamente conhecido como Fury, é uma regra de batalha que faz as cartas causarem o dobro de dano em inimigos que possuem a habilidade Taunt. Uma excelente regra para enfrentar Tank com altos pontos de vida e escudo que gostam de centralizar o dano todo neles enquanto as demais cartas destroem o baralho adversário.

Recomendo usar ao menos uma carta com um alto poder de dano físico (se tiver a habilidade Shatter melhor ainda) ou mágico para caso o inimigo tenha alguma carta com Taunt em campo você consiga destrui-lo o mais rápido possível.

Por eu ter uma carta que cura Poison no baralho de água e pensando em fazer dano mágico direto juntamente com o veneno de cada rodada, escolhi o Alric como Summoner para fazer essa mescla de dano e tentar vencer o combate.

Pensando nisso montei minha estrategia com as seguintes cartas:

MINHA ESTRATÉGIA

Buscando sobreviver ao veneno e aos ataques coloquei o meu time com um Tank com Heal com um suporte com Cleanse para tirar o Poison e tentar segurar algumas rodadas.

Aliado a isso uma carta com Sneak com um alto poder de dano para atacar as cartas de trás que possam estar com um dano alto também.

Com poucos pontos de vida, mas com um dano alto coloquei o Ruler of the Seas com 4 de dano e Blast para poder atingir os inimigos antes que o veneno o mate.

ESTRATÉGIA INIMIGA

O inimigo veio com uma estratpegia parecida, porém com um Tank com Enrage que seria ativada antes de seu escudo terminar porque sofreria dano mágico. E teria um suporte com Heal para curar ele.

Na segunda posição colocou uma carta para evitar sofrer dano mágico com Void, Slow para diminuir a velocidade das minhas cartas e Strenght para aumentar ainda mais a vida de seus aliados. Um suporte completo e com 12 pontos de vida.

Enquanto eu foquei em atacar, ele focou em se manter vivo, para que o veneno matasse as minhas cartas enquanto ele sobrevivesse no mínimo 6 rounds.

O QUE PODERIA SER DIFERENTE?

Usando a ferramenta SplinterTools vi que minha chance de vitória era 0%. Então fiz algumas alterações, para ver se conseguia aumentar minha chance.

Reposicionei algumas cartas e percebi que teria que mudar meu Tank para um com void e bastante escudo e vida e não um com Heal apenas. Também tirei uma carta com apenas 1 de dano mágico e coloquei uma com 2 de dano mágico que com o bônus iria para 3 e facilitaria a morte do inimigo. Com isso consegui aumentar minhas chances de 0% para 100%.
