Splinterlands Sales Stats, HIVE/STEEM only, excluding other cryptos and fiat
Das Coole an Blockchains ist, das alle Daten fälschungssicher öffentlich zugänglich sind. Das habe ich mir zunutze gemacht (mittels @hivesql), um die Verkaufsstatistik von Splinterlands seit dem Launch zu berechnen.
Dazu habe ich alle Transfers von STEEM bzw. HIVE in den Account @steemmonsters ausgewertet.
Es werden also nur HIVE/STEEM-Überweisungen berücksichtigt (Self-Transfers ausgenommen), kein FIAT oder andere Krypto-Zahlungen. Die Einnahmen sind also sicherlich noch um einiges höher, aber denke, man bekommt ein Gefühl für den allgemeinen Trend.
Insgesamt hat Splinterlands die letzten Jahre 5.6 Millionen STEEM und 8.4 Millionen HIVE eingenommen. In Dollar entspricht das circa 4-10 Millionen Dollar je nach Verkaufskurs. Eine beachtliche Leistung. Und wie gesagt, das sind nur die HIVE/STEEM-Einnahmen ohne HBD, Fiat und andere Kryptos.
Die größten Peaks waren im Juli 2021 mit dem SPS Airdrop Launch und im November / Dezember 2021, als Chaos Legion gestartet ist.
Denke, dass Splinterlands genug Reserven haben müsste, um über den Kryptowinter zu kommen. Was meint ihr?

The cool thing about blockchains is that all data is publicly accessible in a tamper-proof way. I took advantage of this (using @hivesql) to calculate the sales statistics for Splinterlands since its launch.
For this I evaluated all transfers of STEEM and HIVE to the account @steemmonsters.
So only HIVE/STEEM transfers are considered (self-transfers excluded), no FIAT or other crypto payments. So the revenue is certainly still a lot higher, but you get a sense for the general trend.
In total, Splinterlands has taken in 5.6 million STEEM and 8.4 million HIVE the last few years. In dollar terms, that equates to about $4 to $10 million depending on the selling price. A remarkable achievement. And as I said, that's just the HIVE/STEEM revenue excluding HBD, fiat and other cryptos.
The biggest peaks were in July 2021 with the SPS Airdrop launch and in November / December 2021 when Chaos Legion launched.
Imo Splinterlands should have enough reserves to get through the crypto winter. What do you guys think?

Das ging aber ganz schön runter, hoffentlich managen sie die vergangenen Einnahmen gut. 😅
Das hoffe ich auch, Splinterlands ist vom Kryptowinter auch nicht verschont worden.
Ich glaube das Thema hatten sie vor ca.1 Monat beim Town Hall dass Splinterlands 16-18 Monate "Polster" hat und den jtz auf 24-36 Monate vergrößern wollen. Deswegen unter anderem auch die Entlassung von 45% vom Team um sich auf einen längeren Bearmarket einzustellen und da gut drüber zu kommen.
Ich bin auf das BTC Halving 2024 gespannt und hoffe stark dann den Beginn des nächsten Bullruns zu sehen :D

yeah this game is holding pretty solid and i really see it exploding in the next bull run, right now is the best moment to invest on it because i know for sure the cards prices will go up!
