Everyone can buy and sell DEC. You can buy it at HE, Tribaldex and Leodex. It's an in-game currency, but you are able to buy and hold as an investment if you want to.

Just like any other crypto token, you have to do your own due dilligence...But right now, as I see it, you are able to buy DEC at a premium discount...I'm buying more, hoping it will return to the peg...That is close to double on the investment...Thanks for your reply😁
