Chaos Legion - Life Splinter Eye Candy & Speculation

Hi guys,

at the latest AMA (11/26) we have seen Eye Candy for three splinters: Life, Neutral and Dragons.In this article I will cover Life splinter. Check out my speculation on the tased cards. Don't worry, I will cover other splinters in some future articles through upcoming days.

So let's get started!

General Sloan - a Life splinter summoner

She is a new Life splinter summoner, even though on the first look she does looks like he. She is coming from the new alien race that are looking hippo-ish. Life splinter summoners are usually looking like they will help you and like they will come to your aid but in this case General Sloan is looking Chaos Legion summoner and she is looking like nasty character.

General Sloan is looking evil with red magic coming from her hands. By her looks I would predict -1 Health or some kind of Life Steal summoner. We might get some new crazy ability that does not exist in Splinterlands yet. Either way I am super excited about this one.

Prismologist

Am Epic monster for the Life splinter. She is a defender from Chaos Legion, and she uses her Prismatic magic to defend her allies from Invaders.

I see her as a 5 mana cost monster with 1 magic attack and few abilities. It will surely be a monster that will focus on buffing allys. Thats why I see her with some of the following abilities : Protect, Magic Reflect, Cleanse, Amplify or maybe new ability Scatter(look those crystals, they could protect allys or be used as a weapon and each turn she hits one of the enemy with a crystal). For the rest of her stats I see her with 1 speed and 4 health and maybe some high armor. It all depends how those crystals will be used.

Time Mage

Could Time Mage be the second summoner for the Life splinter? If yes I can see her as a +1 speed or -1 speed summoner, something like Pyre. I don't believe this is likely as that would mean that Life would have a lot of summoners. I believe that this will be regular monster with some speed buffs/debuffs.

I see Time Mage as a 6 mana monster with 2 magic attack 4 speed and 5 health. Abilities would certainly make this card interesting. Slow and Swiftnes are first that comes to my mind, though that would be boring for a Time Mage. I think this that Time Mage is perfect monster to introduce some new abilities.

Another approach is very high speed with Backfire and Phase abilities. This could certainly be in spirit of new reward cards meta. I can't wait to see those stats and abilities. It looks as a promising card.

Soul Fiend

Legendary monster with 0 mana cost and the first Fiend that we see finished. I am really excited about this 0 mana cost legendary monsters. Fiend will work similar as a Chicken but I am afraid that Fiends will be a bit overpowered as legendary monsters with 0 mana.

I feel that Soul Fiend will have 1 speed 1 health and 0 armor with ability or two. Somethink like Camouflage and Phase comes to my mind as we can't make this Fiends to powerful or more powerful than Djinn Biljka.
