For approximately $300 USD per Splinter, one can quickly assemble a max-level Chaos Legion deck. Just a few months ago, summoners alone were valued at over $200 USD. This shift in prices can be attributed to the ongoing bear market or, more accurately, the accumulation phase. While certain assets have stagnated or declined, it is inevitable that a bull market will emerge, causing card values to skyrocket within a matter of days.

Now, let's explore some specific cards that I believe hold tremendous potential:

Rewards Cards

Numerous reward cards offer exceptional value, which may be overlooked due to their current affordability. However, it is crucial to recognize that these prices will not remain low indefinitely.

Pelacor Bandit and Uraeus

Pelacor Bandit demonstrates greater viability in the Silver League, boasting two attacks and decent speed. While initially unremarkable in the Bronze League, this card's value is expected to soar, making it a solid investment opportunity. A max-level Gold Foil version of this card can be acquired for under $12 USD, presenting the potential for a significant increase in value, possibly reaching $0.1 - $0.2 USD per BCX. Investing in Pelacor Bandit could potentially yield a tenfold return on investment.

Uraeus, on the other hand, surpasses expectations by providing substantial damage even in the Bronze League, particularly when paired with summoners like Tarsa. Considering its versatility and utility, it is reasonable to anticipate a value range of $0.5 - $1 USD per BCX for Uraeus.

Dr. Blight is a card that evokes both love and hate within me. Its exceptional abilities, Poison and Scavenger, make it particularly formidable in the Gold and Diamond leagues. While I do not currently own Dr. Blight due to its high cost, I frequently rent this card whenever possible. With copies available for around $32-36 USD per BCX, Dr. Blight represents an excellent investment opportunity.

Arkemis the Bear

The full potential of Arkemis the Bear has yet to be fully realized. Boasting an impressive array of abilities—Protect, Halving, Forcefield, and Enrage—all available on a common card, Arkemis presents a remarkable investment prospect. It is recommended to aim for a minimum of a level 4 copy to unlock the Halving ability. While the cost may be slightly higher at approximately $75 USD for a max-level copy, Arkemis is unquestionably worth the investment.

Chaos Legion

Deeplurker

Deeplurker stands as one of the most opportune cards in the game, particularly when equipped with the Demoralize ability at the max level. Currently available for a mere $47 USD for a max copy, this represents an exceptional deal that may not persist for long.

Time Mage

Time Mage is an underrated card that excels within the Life Splinter. Its abilities, Slow and Rust, combined with the survivability offered by Grandmaster Rathe, make it an indispensable addition to any Life deck. Given its potential, Time Mage may experience an unexpected surge in price in the near future.

Fiends

For players in the Diamond or Champion League, acquiring max-level Fiends is crucial. These cards significantly enhance win rates in low-mana matches. Personally, I favor Soul and Corpse Fiends, followed by Scorch Fiend, with Fungus Fiend ranking last. Priced at a mere $2-3 USD per BCX, these cards are a true steal. A realistic price projection for the future would be around $15 USD per BCX.

Adelade Brightwing

Adelade Brightwing is an exceptional support card that often goes underappreciated. With Flying, Repair, Ressurect, Immunity, and Swiftness, it offers a comprehensive range of support abilities. While I regret not owning a max-level copy and currently possessing only a level two version, I am actively working towards obtaining one.

Baakjira

Considered one of the finest legendary Chaos Legion cards available, Baakjira's healing capabilities, coupled with its substantial health pool, make it an exceptional asset. When combined with creatures like Kulu Swimmhunter, it becomes even more potent. Opponents will struggle to overcome Baakjira's resilience, often resulting in their monsters being eliminated before reaching it. Surprisingly, a max-level copy of Baakjira can be obtained for a relatively modest $60 USD.

Other

Queen of Crows

Despite possessing only a level 5 copy in my deck, I hold a great appreciation for Queen of Crows. Its abilities—Slow, Headwinds, and Return Fire—are invaluable in various situations. Personally, I find it most effective as a speed-reducing monster and off-tank.

Agor Longtail

As one of the standout cards in the Rift Watchers expansion, Agor Longtail is only susceptible to Fury and Giant Killer abilities. Void Armor and Heal combine to grant this card impressive longevity. Pairing Agor Longtail with Armor Repair support cards or those with Resurrect abilities makes it a formidable obstacle. Currently priced at approximately $24 USD per copy, it is highly likely that Agor Longtail will command a value of $200 USD per BCX in the future.

Coeurl Lurker

Another remarkable Taunt creature, Coeurl Lurker holds an advantage over Agor Longtail by being a Neutral monster, compatible with all splinters. It's high speed and dodge ability make it incredibly challenging to strike, while its substantial health pool ensures its longevity. Employing Swiftness, Slow, and Blind cards when using Coeurl Lurker can further enhance its effectiveness. At $20-24 USD per BCX, this card is an absolute steal and should not be missed.
