These are collection powers required to play in Gold league

50,000 is the requirement for Gold 3

125,000 is the requirement for Diamond 3
Now the following way is how to attain cheap collection power.
However please be aware with these cards you will not be competitive in any of these leagues and therefore will require further investment in cards via purchases or rentals.
This way does give you the required collection power the cheapest way.
Diamond 3 can be achieved with an investment of $125 and then to be competitive in Diamond 3 a daily rental investment will be approx. $5

However the collection power is

So essentially you are getting 5 collection power for 1c.
Now lets have a look at the rare market

All these cards are starting at 2c so you would expect double the collection power ie 10.

No no no
You actually get more so your getting 20 collection power for 2c.
So compared to your common cards you get much more.
Doing some super simple maths $125 is required to get 125,000 collection power and you are now in Diamond 3.
Currently this collection power will just get you access to the higher league if you can achieve them.
Going back to when the SPS airdrop was going on and you got points for your collection power, if something like that happens again then happy days.
Once these card rewards have been distributed and packs have sold out its hard to see these cards falling in price, the most probable outcome would be for them to stay the same or rise in price. That's just speculation so no promises.
Note Epic cards can be picked up on the same price to collection power ratio but less are available but worth looking at
