An Analysis of Life Splinter Attack-to-Mana Ratio
(Edited)
I analyzed which monsters are the most efficient attackers in my favorite Splinter - the Life Splinter. Here, I am defining "most efficient attackers" as those who have the highest attack-to-mana ratio (in Silver League).
Below is a screenshot of part of the results:
Highlights
- I was surprised by Divine Sorceress, Thunderbird, Evangelist, and Air Elemental because I haven't used these cards that much. I am intrigued by Divine Sorceress - 2 magic attacks for 3 mana is excellent.
- Lensmaster is a sound filler card - 1 attack for 1 mana. I haven't used this much, but it seems to be helpful whenever I have extra mana.
- I am already using Peacebringer, typically in my last position. Moving forward, I am looking to add maybe Thunderbird or Evangelist in my range attackers.
- Sacred Unicorn is my favorite Life tank, so no surprises here.
- I don't use Caveslug that much - but the 3 melee damage for 4 mana is intriguing.
Caveats
- I haven't distinguished the attacks as melee, ranged, or magic - obviously, these are different - so take the numbers with a grain of salt.
- Attack numbers are for the level specified and without buffs/debuffs.
- Numbers are for Silver league!!
Lastly, there's no way for me to factor in and quantify the abilities, which is, of course, critical in choosing cards. But still, I found the analysis helpful, especially in identifying new cards I can experiment with.
