Hi, everyone. Welcome to my post. In the Social Media Challenge, I will discuss anything about SPLINTERLANDS, it can be about cards, abilities, rulesets, battle reviews, End of Season results, or my playing experience.

In this post, I will share my experience when using Exploding Rats which managed to survive without taking much damage and avoiding some enemy's attack.

EXPLODING RATS

Exploding Rats is one of the Reward Cards from the CHAOS LEGION edition. Exploding Rats can be a Melee monster for FIRE ELEMENTS. At the first level, it already has a pretty good ATTACK POWER and SPEED, but unfortunately, it is not equipped with high Health points. Even up to the maximum level (level 8), its Health point does not change.

However, Exploding Rats is equipped with pretty good abilities. His BLAST ability since the first level will make it easy to provide additional attack effects to monsters around the target. However, this ability does not work when dealing with monsters with the REFLECTION SHIELD ability. At level 5, Exploding Rats gets the REDEMPTION ability that can deal 1 point of damage to all opposing monsters when he is defeated. And for his last ability, he receives the TRUE STRIKE ability which makes his every attack unavoidable even with the help of other abilities.

Battle

The ruleset for this battle is AIMLESS (all monsters in this battle get an additional ability in the form of SCATTER SHOT ), EQUALIZER (All monsters in the arena have the same health points as the monster with the highest health points in the battle arena.), and SUPER SNEAK (all monsters in this battle get an additional ability in the form of SNEAK )

In this battle, I still rely on Conqueror Jacek as a Summoner for my Fire monsters. I chose Conqueror Jacek because he gives 2 additional SPEEDs to all my monsters (The maximum additional SPEED given by Summoners in CHAOS LEGION EDITION is only 1 point on average).

I put Exploding Rats in the first position because he (and all monsters in the battle arena) will gain the same amount of Health points as the monster with the most Health points in this battle.

Meanwhile, the opponent uses Lux Vega which only provides 1 additional SPEED. Even so, Lux Vega also provides an additional 1 ARMOR and 1 Health point which is very beneficial if you get attacked by Melee or Ranged monsters. But unfortunately, I use Conqueror Jacek which also gives an additional ability in the form of PIERCING which can directly destroy ARMOR while reducing the Health points of the monsters.

In the first round, Exploding Rats and Countess Sinash attacked Legionnaire Alvar (the additional damage from the BLAST ability also hit Jared the Scar). This round's Lava Launcher targets Drybone Barbarian and makes him immobilized as he successfully gives Drybone Barbarian a STUN effect on his attack. Ferox Defender, Disintegrator, and Tusk the Wide also attacked Drybone Barbarian, but Tusk the Wide's attack failed to hit him.

War Pegasus and Venari Marksrat target Countess sinash this round. Meanwhile, Djinn Renova targeted Disintegrator. Jared the Scar also attacked Disintegrator, but he was countered (thanks to the RETALIATE ability) by Disintegrator. Legionnaire Alvar tried to attack Exploding Rats but his attempt failed.

In the second round, Exploding Rats, Countess Sinash, and Lava Launcher attacked Legionnaire Alvar. Disintegrator and Tusk the Wide failed to attack Drybone Barbarian, but the attack from Ferox Defender managed to hit him.

Djinn Renova targeted Lava Launcher this time. Meanwhile, War Pegasus attacked Ferox Defender and managed to destroy all of his ARMOR using the SHATTER ability. Jared the Scar who attacked Disintegrator with Venari Marksrat received another counter attack from Disintegrator. And in this round, Legionnaire Alvar successfully attacked Exploding Rats.

In the third round, Drybone Barbarian defeated Disintegrator. But before losing, Disintegrator countered Drybone Barbarian. War Pegasus and Jared the Scar attacked Ferox Defender. Meanwhile, Djinn Renova attacked Countess Sinash.

Legionnaire Alvar and Exploding Rats tried to counter each other's attacks, but only Legionnaire Alvar's attack failed to hit Exploding Rats. Countess Sinash and Lava Launcher targeted Venari Marksrat and rendered him immobilized due to the STUN effect. Ferox Defender and Tusk the Wide attacked Drybone Barbarian, but Drybone Barbarian counterattacked Ferox Defender.

In the fourth round, Exploding Rats defeated Legionnaire Alvar and allowed Jared the Scar to advance to first place. Drybone Barbarian also took out Ferox Defender. But Lava Launcher immediately responded by defeating Drybone Barbarian. Countess Sinash targeted Djinn Renova. Meanwhile, Tusk the Wide successfully attacked War Pegasus.

Venari Marksrat and Djinn Renova target Countess Sinash. While War Pegasus attacks Lava Launcher. Jared the Scar who had the TRUE STRIKE ability could easily attack Exploding Rats without missing a beat.

In the fifth round, Exploding Rats defeated Jared the Scar. Countess Sinash and Lava Launcher managed to defeat Venari Marksrat. However, this gave additional points to Djinn Renova who was nearby. Tusk the Wide failed to land his attack on War Pegasus.

In the sixth round, Exploding Rats, Countess Sinash, and Lava Launcher defeated Djinn Renova while Tusk the Wide attacked War Pegasus.

War Pegasus was only defeated in the seventh round due to attacks from Exploding Rats and Countess Sinash*.
