Destroying opponents with Chaos Dragon
Hello everyone and welcome again!
This time the battle challenge is using Dragons and nothing could make me happier, because these cards are very strong and I really like to use them.
Of course they have some limitations like mana but that doesn't take away from the reality of all cards in general, every card in this game has its pros and cons and if you know how to find the strong point of each one you will build spectacular lineups.
One of those cards that has more potential in this element is the new Chaos Dragon and it is on this card that I am going to focus my publication so welcome!

Introducing Chaos Dragon!
Edition: CHAOS LEGION.
Rarity: LEGENDARY.
Element: DRAGON.
Attack: MAGIC.
Abilities:
FLY at lvl 1
SCATTERSHOT and BLAST at lvl 2
BLIND at lvl 3
An as the lore says:
The Chaos Realm has preyed upon many a world, opening rifts in time and space to invade the lands and take from its people. When they attacked Praetoria and the Splinterlands, it was first thought that the minions were compelled through the portal for their fear of the dark shade that lurked beyond the gate, the shadowed image of Uul. Eventually though, when the last of the armies stepped through, there came such a prodigious monster that at first, none could believe it was real. A nightmare dragged forth into reality.
As it flew through the spinning vortex, the Chaos Dragon let forth a violent shriek, so loud that it was felt in the far reaches of every Splinter. The people of Praetoria fell to their knees, terror taking the strength from their legs and the courage from their hearts. For an army of monsters can be fought, the land defended with righteous fervor. But when even the invading hordes are fleeing before such a beast, what hope can there be? The answer is none when the eater of worlds has arrived, the true devourer of existence.
Surely such a thing couldn’t be the puppet of Uul? How could anyone command a creature that has flown from one cosmos to another, feeding upon alien planets? But it was his most potent being, one that existed before time had conceived the very gift of life itself.
How to use the Chaos Dragon?
The possibilities of this card are many and all tied to its huge amount of mana, 14 points is in fact the highest mana that a card can ask for so far in this game but taking that out of the way you start to see all the good things. It can serve as a tank because it has a lot of life and a lot of shield, it can be used as a second tank and in any position in fact, because it has magic attack. I even think this is the best when you have Scattershot + Blast because you will be randomly damaging the entire enemy team and also their adjacent and to crown it, at maximum level gives you the ability Blind that will cause the enemy to miss many attacks, it is a very expensive card in terms of mana but pays very well that price when you put it in your lineup.

Round 1.
 | Byzantine Kitty is a very good Summoner for high mana battles, that's why he combines very well with Chaos Dragon, his increased speed is an advantage for Chaos Dragon's Blast but also for his Fly skill because it increases a lot his dodge possibilities. |

 | The Lava Launcher was an excellent tank for this ruleset because it has a lot of attack, can be used as a tank (in fact it is literally one) and has a very good shield and great speed thanks to my Kitty. |
 | The idea of using Diamond Dragon besides its spectacular stats, is for its Slow ability, so while Kitty accelerates my monsters this Diamon Dragon is in charge of slowing them down. |
 | Since my Chaos Dragon at level 1 doesn't have Blast yet, then Gloridax Magus came to fill that job, Blast is one of the most annoying skills to face that's why I use it whenever I can, it almost always makes a lot of difference. |
 | Chaos Dragon needs no further explanation after all I said above, I placed him back here to do as much damage as possible knowing that the cards that could attack him in that position would not present any danger. |
 | Doctor Blight is a card that should be there whenever it can be, its combination of abilities at any level makes it perfect to use even against antimagic cards due to its Afliction. |
Melee cards were banned and my opponent's power was very low so I assumed he would throw a lineup like this, the reality is that I should have beaten him very quickly but the Holy Protection made it interesting.
Round 2.
By round 2 some cards started to fall, my Kitty saved my Lava Launcher from falling so early while my dragons took care of the Molten Ash Golem and his Djinn Apprentice.
Round 3.
In round 3 there was nothing more to do for an enemy lineup that failed to send many cards with a very low life for the very high amount of mana that this matchup allowed.

Back to Basics + Noxius Fumes
Here I bring you another example with a different ruleset and without skills, where Chaos Dragon shines equally well thanks to its high stats.
I think this card has to be a prime target to have in a deck because it will boost it in every way so don't hesitate to go for it as soon as you can. Great combo, Chaos Dragon and Diamond Dragon. That Splinter truly dominates when the mana cap allows for a bulky line up. That Blind ability is especially lethal
