Let the magic attack do the work!
Hello everyone and welcome again!
A new week has arrived along with the end of the season and its precious rewards. It also comes with a new battle challenge using one of my favorite Fire cards because of how surprising it can be in battle, today I'm going to talk about Djinn Apprentice.

Introducing Djinn Apprentice!
Edition: Chaos Legion.
Rarity: Rare.
Element: Fire.
Attack: Magic.
Mana Cost: 5 points.
Abilities:
- Deathblow at lvl 6.
An as the lore says:
Djinn Apprentices prefer to study under more powerful djinn to hone their magic. While not as strong or cunning as others of their kin, they are just as dangerous to untrained warriors.
When the Chaos Legion arrived, it had a diverse effect on the djinn. Not a unified race by any means, some chose to align with the Chaos Legion, some chose to defend against it, and others chose to go their own path and leave it all behind. Djinn Apprentices chose to align themselves with Djinn Inferni, believing in his mission and his vision.
The Djinn Apprentices kneeled before the powerful form of Djinn Inferni. The heat of the volcano was immense, but it did not affect these beings of fire and magic.
Djinn Inferni looked across the row. “Djinn Muriat has betrayed our kind. He has aligned himself with the foul Chaos Legion. He has corrupted the name 'djinn' and all it stands for. We will no longer sit in silence as his darkness spreads. It will take all of us to face him. Will you join me?”
“We will!” the Djinn Apprentices exclaimed as one.
How to use Djinn Apprentice?
This card has a powerful magic attack but very little life, so I do not recommend playing it as a tank, there are many better options for that, it is best to use it in the back line serving as a support for your team, who will take care of the damage because as I said, it is very powerful. For me the best positions are the third, fourth and fifth in a 6-card lineup.
And for last, my battle!
Round 1.
As the ruleset gave Opportunity to all cards, I used Chaos Agent as a tank so that everyone would attack him first, being the weakest card, and take advantage of the speed of my cards to do damage.
Scavo Chemist for his life points, so I could hold a little longer as a tank while my cards kept doing massive damage.
Djinn Apprentice for the same reason as the Scavo, but this was already part of the attack line.
Pyromancer for the Blast, it was going to be very decisive in this fight.
Fire Elemental for the same reason, the Blast is very dangerous in this ruleset.
Xenith Archer as an extra damage, taking advantage of the fact that I had two mana points left over.
Round 2.
The plan went wonderfully, my first two cards fell leaving the path established for my damage cards to finish the battle, his Mycelic Slipspawn was his most dangerous card because he had a lot of life and that's where the Blast becomes important, because in addition to finishing with the life of the tank that we already knew that he was going to heal with his Goblin, we are also damaging his other cards, so when his tank falls there is nothing else to do.
Round 3.
Nothing else to add here.
How was my experience with this card?
I really like the huge amount of damage it has and since it's magic damage, it ignores enemy armor so it's going to hit really hard, that's why I like it so much. Although it doesn't have a lot of health, it's not a weak card either, so at least two hits will hold and it has very good speed, which helps it to boost the damage, I think it's a 10/10 in this edition.
