I would go to 4,500 Packs in the "Gift Box" reserve, so the total for the reserve is 5k Packs. If we are getting close to the $4 price point in those Gift Boxes, let's bump that number up a bit. We want the DAO to receive as much USD as possible from these packs.

I am not against this increase and it looks like you are thinking along the lines of nopeace4u in held packs. This would reduce the number of packs held in the Secondary Market Sale and ear mark the packs for sale at the highest pools price point in the future when we should have more information about Buildings on land and Foreman.
