WEPIXDAO Treasury Update 2/4/2022

This year is going to be the most monumental one yet for WEPIX and the family of VIP projects (VIP, ICEBRK, ICEDOGE, BRK/ICEBLK). It hasn't started off exactly as we may have liked, suffering massive losses to our treasury and facing market uncertainty. All hope is not lost however as I have made steps to ensure the longevity and survival of the project through strategic long-term seed investments. We must always be planning ahead and looking for what's next- complacency kills projects.

With that being said I am always on the lookout for life-changing opportunities in crypto. There is no shortage of new tokens, projects and ideas coming out daily so sifting through the haystack to find the needle is the hard part. You can't catch them all but if you're lucky you will spot a golden opportunity from time to time. I fully believe that PulseX (LINK HERE) is going the be the most important project launch of 2022, therefore the decision was made to "sacrifice" all of the liquid assets we could at the time for the PLSX token airdrop, as per our last governance vote.

In total WEPIXDAO sacrificed $4,689 BUSD tokens on Binance Smart Chain during the initial phase, which had the best possible rate of $1 per 10,000 points. The PulseX project is expected to launch sometime within the next month or so and the testnets are already deployed for people to begin familiarizing themselves with PulseChain. Once the airdrop is complete I will do another update.

Our goal in Q1 will be to offload the remaining Hive Punks and then convert that to DEC tokens as originally stated in our governance proposal. This will continue to earn daily SPS tokens which will be compounded back into DEC, which seems to have bottomed out around 0.3 cents. Once PulseX launches we will play it by ear to determine when to begin pulling back some of our initial investment to recoup the $4,700. The intention is to HODL the PLSX tokens for as long as possible in order to see that 1000-10000x price appreciation over the coming years. This may seem outlandish and crazy but HEX token, Richard Heart's last project, pulled more than a 10,000x for its holders meaning a single $100 investment would have made you a millionaire!
