Using Splex.GG for automatic rentals

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I posted here. A lot of changes has happened to Splinterlands lately and I am still trying to catch up with it.😂

I know a lot of us are really busy lately since a lot of us are swamped back to work, school opening back or just plain everywhere is easing back to normal that we no longer have the extra time that we had when we are on lock down.

I have invested a lot of resources and time for this fantastic game and there are times that I wasn't able to play and I am missing a lot of potential earnings by not doing it so.

If I ever rented out my cards and I would need monitor the current price changes and update my rentals to maximize the profit I gain from my assets.

Here comes, Splex.GG.

It was used to be known as Rent Golem as far as I know.

This site would do the tedious things about renting out your cards for you. As stated on their webpage, they would rent out your idle cards, scan the market and adjust the rental price based on the current demand for it. It would cancel out low priced card rentals and adjust it based on the market conditions and much more.

I just started this service and I'm still trying to figure out the nicks and setting on their platform. I'm on my second day and it's turning out great for my earning. Though I don't have a huge collection of cards as compared to the other seasoned players in SPL. I do have a respectable silver/gold tier deck cards.

This is my initial two days rental earnings.

It's not much but I could have done better by not using all of my Resource Credits prior to signing up with this platform. It is known that you should have a lot of Hive Power if you plan to use this service since it is always trying to cancel/update prices of your cards to maximize your profit (This is also one of the reasons I am creating this post and to post a lot more in the future 😅). Updates on the card collections is resource credit intensive and to help power up back the RC is to have a lot of HP.

For all the great things that the website do, they would send out an Invoice on a daily basis that would take 10% of your profit (used to be 20%). They also have this prepaid amount in any case that you would be away for a long time and may not be able to pay the invoice. They also have this loyalty tier that lowers the invoice percentage based on the number of DEC per day was generated from your rentals.

So far I am satisfied with my earnings on this and I would continue to update you after I tinker on the other settings of this great platform.
