This is it—your final chance to accumulate major chunks of airdropped $WOO tokens before we launch the game itself. Over twenty million tokens will be dropped to people holding unlisted WOO City NFTs from opened WOOPARTSUN land packs. This takes place over 30 short days: August 1 to August 30.

Between mining and pack airdrops, $WOO has been plentiful in the past months. But these generous faucets are done once this final airdrop ends. The tables will turn in these next months, as the $WOO sinks open: you will need $WOO to upgrade land, and then you will really need $WOO to establish your place within the game!

Let’s dive into some key details.

✅ Airdrop eligibility

There are two conditions for getting in on this final airdrop:

1. Open WOOPARTSUN land packs and receive a City NFT
2. The NFT must be unlisted (i.e. not for sale, not on the marketplace)

Each WOOPARTSUN pack contains one Land NFT. If you leave it unopened, it will not count for the airdrop. You can open your packs on the WOO site here.. If you list an opened Land NFT for sale on the WOO Marketplace, it will not count for the airdrop.

Only opened, unlisted WOOPARTSUN Land NFTs will receive daily airdrops between August 1 and August 30.

If your NFTs are eligible, the amount of $WOO you get will depend on the number of stars on each Land NFT (minimum 3 stars, maximum 9 stars per NFT).

⭐ How much $WOO will be dropped per star?

Time for some math! The exact answer will change every day, because the airdrop will be divided among all eligible stars on the chain. We can start with the daily fixed amount of airdropped $WOO:

• Total airdropped $WOO is 20M (or 20,529,794.5 to be more precise)
• Divided by 30 days of airdrop = 684,326.48
• Call it 684,000 $WOO per day for even numbers

Next, we want to know how many WOOPARTSUN packs have been opened so far. The easiest way to do this is to pop over to https://leodex.io/richlist/WOOPARTSUN and look at @null’s balance. At the time of writing, 2968 packs have been burned, meaning there are that many opened Land packs out there.

Some will be on the market, and therefore ineligible. But rather than counting up all of those, let’s assume the owners take them off the market (or they sell). Makes our math job easier and results in a conservative estimate.

Okay so roughly 3,000 opened packs. How many stars are on all those packs? Again, it’s no fun to look at them all and count… but we do know the distribution odds for stars and therefore can use a weighted average to approximate the answer.

The expected average number of stars per pack = 5.58.

So the daily airdrop of $WOO per star, if it were to begin today, is:

• Daily total / (Opened packs estimate * expected stars per pack)
• 684,000 / (3000 * 5.58)
• = 40.86 per star

So about 41 $WOO per star per day, if the airdrop started today. But it doesn’t: it starts August 1, 2023.

This is the second best time to buy Land Packs

The best time was earlier in July, when the Zealy event was going on. If you didn’t get in on that, don’t despair—this is still an excellent time to hoard Land and stars!

Not only will you maximize your August airdrop take, but the WOO Crate event is still happening. This lasts until July 31. Every Land pack purchased up until July 31 earns you points towards the WOO Crate event.

The efficiency of buying WOOPARTSUN right now is basically never going to get better:

• Ground floor purchase of the first land series (total land supply: 200,000)
• Earn points for WOO Crate Event
• Earn max efficiency $WOO airdrop (tokens per star) during August
• Build a stronger Land engine for the game itself
• Every pack has a 2% chance of rolling the coveted 9-star land
