Perry Saturn, WOO & the Payment Records: Our One Public Response
Wrestling Organization Online has released its official video response regarding Perry Saturn, WOO, and the documented payment records.
This video is our one and only public video response on this matter.
We will not release additional response videos, continue an online back-and-forth, or attempt to turn this situation into an ongoing public feud. Our purpose is limited: to present the available documentation, correct the public record, and allow Wrestling Organization Online to move forward.
Important context about when this video was created
This response was scripted and recorded after Perry released his original video concerning WOO and whether he and other participating wrestlers received money through the project.
At the time our response was created, we had no knowledge that Perry would publish a second video or make additional claims afterward.
Our video therefore responds only to the original public claim. It was not created in response to the later video and should not be interpreted as addressing every allegation made after production had already begun.
Why we believed a response was necessary
There is a meaningful difference between saying that someone did not receive as much as they wanted and claiming that they did not receive money through a business relationship.
The first can be an opinion about value, expectations, or whether a project was financially successful.
The second is a factual claim that can be examined through payment records, contracts, revenue reports, and written communications.
Rather than respond with personal attacks, we chose to present the records.
What the documented records show
The evidence presented in the video includes records showing:
- $18,818.19 sent to Perry Satullo, professionally known as Perry Saturn, through Cash App alone.
- $12,144.15 sent to professional wrestling manager Sonny Onoo through Cash App alone.
- $9,647.05 sent to Scott Levy, professionally known as Raven, through Cash App alone.
- $61,406.66 transferred directly to participating talent through Cash App and PayPal.
- $2,453.27 generated through the Shootin’ with Saturn YouTube channel, with the revenue divided under a 50/50 arrangement.
These figures do not include every supported cash payment, cryptocurrency payment, company-paid flight, hotel room, meal, transportation expense, convention cost, production expense, reimbursement, or other form of assistance provided through the WOO relationship.
How the payments related to WOO
Every payment and opportunity discussed in the video arose through Wrestling Organization Online and the WOO game project.
However, we also make an important distinction throughout the video: not every dollar represented a direct distribution of profit from game sales.
The documented payments included several different categories:
- Direct WOO and game-related payments
- Sales and profit-sharing payments
- Advances and prepayments for future WOO-related work
- Appearance and convention payments
- Content and promotional payments
- YouTube revenue sharing
- Travel reimbursements
- Emergency and personal assistance
- Company-paid WOO expenses
The immediate purpose of individual payments varied, but the underlying working relationship existed because of WOO and the game.
A flight is not the same as cash compensation. A hotel room is not personal income. A reimbursement is not a profit distribution. Personal assistance is not the same as revenue earned from game sales.
For that reason, we categorized the records according to their documented purpose rather than presenting every expense as though it were ordinary compensation.
The records are strong enough without inflating or mischaracterizing them.
Real contracts and compensation agreements existed
The video also shows an excerpt from the talent agreement used with participating wrestlers.
That agreement addressed the use of talent names, images, likenesses, and wrestling personas in connection with the game and digital collectibles. It also established compensation terms involving marketplace sales and participation in a profit-sharing pool.
Whatever disagreements later developed, this was not an arrangement created without contracts, terms, or documented expectations.
Real agreements were in place.
WOO-related payments and advances
The records include payments that were explicitly labeled as WOO-related, including:
- Payments connected to the WOO general sale
- Profit-sharing payments
- Land-sale advances
- Market-fee payments
- Advances for future WOO-related work
- Convention and appearance payments
In many cases, Perry was prepaid for future WOO-related work because an immediate financial need or emergency had been communicated to us.
The video also documents other support, including payments related to travel, transportation, electricity, heating emergencies, and other personal needs.
We do not present personal assistance as game-sale profit. We include it only because it forms part of the complete financial relationship that is now being publicly characterized.
WrestleCon and other opportunities
WOO participated in conventions and appearances because the game project existed.
This included significant company spending on talent payments, transportation, flights, hotel rooms, meals, booth expenses, and other event costs.
WrestleCon 2024 alone cost WOO approximately $60,000.
The company did not recover everything it spent. WOO suffered a substantial financial loss.
That does not mean participating talent received nothing.
It means the company absorbed the financial loss while talent still received agreed payments, opportunities, travel, lodging, and support.
Shootin’ with Saturn
The video also addresses the creation of Shootin’ with Saturn.
The series was developed through the wider WOO relationship. Ian Withey created the concept and title, supplied filming and audio equipment, and helped arrange and produce the recordings.
The channel did not generate the level of revenue either party hoped it would generate, but the revenue existed and was divided under the agreed 50/50 arrangement.
It would be fair to say that the channel did not become as profitable as expected.
It would not be accurate to say that no revenue was generated or shared.
How the working relationship ended
The video also presents the written communications surrounding the end of the working relationship between WOO and Perry.
Perry stated that Social Security was questioning income allegedly connected to WOO and represented in writing that a hearing could determine whether criminal charges would be pursued.
Because the allegations supposedly involved our business, we offered to help.
That offer included financial assistance for an attorney, traveling to Minnesota, attending the hearing, and bringing contracts, payment records, receipts, and other documentation that could clarify what Perry had actually received.
The offer was declined.
We later requested some form of redacted official notice or verification because the allegations directly involved WOO and its business partners. That request was also declined.
After trust had broken down, both parties agreed that it was best to stop working together.
The written conversation also shows that both sides expressed a desire to preserve the friendship.
This is not an attack on Perry Saturn
Those who have been part of the WOO community for a long time know about Ian’s relationship with Perry.
They know how deeply Ian cared about him.
They know how much this community cared about and supported Perry.
They also witnessed years of effort to create opportunities for Perry and other wrestling talent through WOO, conventions, content, appearances, payments, travel, promotion, and personal assistance.
This response is not intended to erase that history or turn it into hostility.
Perry is entitled to believe that he should have received more money, that his involvement was worth more, or that the project failed to meet his expectations.
Those are opinions he has every right to express.
Our response is limited to the factual question of whether money and financial support were provided through the WOO relationship.
The records shown in the video establish that they were.
No one should take action against Perry
We are calling on absolutely no one to attack, threaten, harass, report, brigade, or contact Perry Saturn or anyone connected to him.

- Perry
- His family
- Sonny Onoo
- Participating wrestling talent
- Anyone associated with Perry’s new channel
- Anyone else mentioned in this matter
Do not use our video or this post as permission to act against anyone on WOO’s behalf.
That is not what we want.
We sincerely wish Perry health, happiness, and success with his current channel and future opportunities.
Our final position
This video is not the beginning of a series.
It is not an invitation to continue a public feud.
It is our one documented response to the original public claim.
We have presented the payment records, contracts, revenue information, company expenses, and relevant written communications.
Viewers can examine the evidence and reach their own conclusions.
Wrestling Organization Online has said what needed to be said, corrected the public record, and will now move forward.
