Splinterlands: Wands Out Ruleset Summoners and Monsters

Today I am going to discuss summoone of my favorite newly introduced battle ruleset, Wands Out which only allows only magic attack monsters to be used in battle. First we are going to discuss best possible summoners when encountering this ruleset. Letter we are going to have a look at best possible monsters options in each splinter for this rule set.
Summoner Options/Choices
When making a summoner choice for Wands Out ruleset, it is important to find a balance between being to aggressive or being too defensive. Getting over aggressive can sometimes become counter productive if enemy mounts reasonable defense in the form of Magic Reflect and Amplify. On the other hand being too much defensive can render one impotent i.e. unable to inflict substantial damage. Moreover as always battle mana cost also comes in consideration when choosing suitable summoner.
Here are few nice summoner options one can employ:
DELWYN DRAGONSCALE, VALNAMOR, ALRIC STORMBRINGER and OBSIDIAN are the aggressive summoner choice. Each of these summoner offers +1 magic boost and choosing between them depends upon battle mana. Among all these I love using DELWYN DRAGONSCALE the most as it open up a lot of options.
MIMOSA NIGHTSHADE, IMMORTALIS, OWSTER ROTWELL, GRANDMASTER RATHE, BORTUS and THADDIUS BROOD are the defensive summoner options. MIMOSA NIGHTSHADE, IMMORTALIS and GRANDMASTER RATHE are good choices in high mana battles, whereas OWSTER ROTWELL, BORTUS and THADDIUS BROOD are choices for low mana battles. Among these I like MIMOSA and OWSTER the most.
Monster Options/Choices
Now lets move to the monsters best suited for this style of gameplay. Monsters played in this ruleset need to be able to have sufficient health and reasonable attack.
Among Neutral ones PRISMATIC ENERGY is the best choice. It does have heavy health along with decent attack. To top it up it have Magic Reflect and Void abilities.
VENARI SPELLSMITH and ELVEN MYSTIC are the neutral monsters with Amplify and Silence abilities.
AGOR LONGTAIL and VOID DRAGON are two best dragon magic monsters to serve as tanks. AGOR LONGTAIL although having high health and healing does costs hefty mana. VOID DRAGON is a low mana tank option. It have Flying, Void and Phase abilities, going it heavy chance of evading enemy magic attacks.
GOLD DRAGON and CHAOS DRAGON are other dragon splinter magic options best suited in back rows.
PHANTOM SOLDIER, DJINN MUIRAT and REVEALER are nice options available in death splinter.
QUEEN MYCELIA, GOBLIN PSYCHIC and MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN are good options from Earth splinter.
DJINN OSHANNUS, NERISSA TRIDAWN and LOBSTRADAMUS are few of the best magic attack monsters Water splinter have got to offer.
