My first battle with the Twilight Basilisk (2021.10.18)
I received this Rare card two days ago. A $20 USD card. Today I tried it for the first time in battle. Well, my first battle with it was a very quick lose (in just/only three rounds) against a pretty common Water team. This battle is amongst one of my fastest lost battles.
The magic attacks quickly destroyed my team, because none of the monsters on my team had high amount of health, and none of them had the "Void" (Reduced damage from Magic attacks) or any other similar ability either. Even a basic Water team can be effective against this Dragon team.
The Gloridax Soldier is good against Meelee and Ranged attacks, because it is taking reduced damage from them due to its "Shield" ability, and it is also good against most of them because of the "Flying" ability. The Fallen Specter is usually also good against most of the Meelee and Ranged attacks, even with 1 Health, because the enemy often miss their attacks due to the "Flying" ability and the fast Speed (6) of the Fallen Specter, but magic attacks cannot miss, so the Fallen Specter got destroyed by a single attack in this battle.

Dam, sorry man, a defeat is definitely not beast. The card is though. Ive gotten beaten quite a few times when i had faced it.
Like you said, all depends on rest of the team and overall attributes. I get beat by water a lot too.

Yes. My team was built against melee and ranged attackers, but most of the enemy team was magic, so they won the battle.
I think you just had a bad fight. Your tank was built for physical attacks while your enemy used a mage setup.
