RE: Splinterlands Chronicles: Embracing the Winds of Change

If you are thinking that you can just buy a $10 spell book and start praying from here, then perhaps you are in an illusion because this is not possible because you will have to invest even if You do it little by little you must invest

I bought the Beta starter set on 2018.12.30 for $10 USD worth of Steem. Back then this $10 USD investment was enough to have an enjoyable game, and to build a good card collection too by earn cards with playing. It was encouraging and motivating to play and invest.

Nowadays Splinterlands is very different. At least it was until the recent past.

The recent changes maybe brought back the previously mentioned encouraging and motivating into Splinterlands, but in the recent past Splinterlands rather felt like that it is trying to force you to invest, instead of encouraging and motivating you to play and invest.

Trying to forcing the players to invest is not good. It is discouraging, demotivating, and it is pushing the active players away. I also have not played Splinterlands for long months.

I started playing it again in the recent past, seeing the new reward system with the Glint.

Six days ago (on 2024.04.06) I made my first purchase with Glint.

The recent Splinterlands changes in the reward system are certainly good.

Good luck and have fun.
