Thank you. I see that it is a level 3 card. Currently I cannot use level 3 Water cards, because currently I do not have upgraded level 3 Water summoners.
Currently I have a level 2 Malric Inferno (Fire) and level 2 Lyanna Natura (Earth) summoner cards delegated to me.
The rest of the summoners I currently have are level 1 summoners.
