What is the greatest factor influencing investors to stake a second layer token?

I am currently a beginner investor, but as I see it, the answer is probably to have and build (or the desire to build) a strong specific community around the given token. There could be many factors, but probably this is the greatest factor. For example Proof of Brain, LeoFinance and Palnet have strong communities, and many people gladly invest in their tokens.

Or at least this is how I currently see it.
