Nowadays my complete Splinterlands card collection is worth around $85 USD. I decided to sell and giveaway the cards. Sell the valuable cards, and giveaway the others, which worth only a few cents.

Why I decided to sell and giveaway Splinterlands cards?

Today morning I bought an airplane ticket from Budapest to Barcelona. I will fly on 2023.07.16. The airplane ticket was 22 306 Hungarian Forint (HUF), which is currently $65.15 USD, because $1 USD is currently 342.40 Hungarian Forint (HUF). My monthly income is only around $200 USD. I have a plan, and I need every Dollar I can use. I sell everything I can. I will describe the details of my plan later in another post, after I will arrive in Barcelona. As I wrote in this comment, this depends on multiple things.

An Ant Miners Splinterlands card giveaway

In this post post, I would also like to do a Splinterlands card giveaway. I would like to giveaway an Ant Miners Splinterlands card.

This is a common Fire card with currently 112 076 cards in circulation. So you need a Fire summoner to use this card in battles. Its estimated value is currently $0.08 USD. It has 10 Collection Power (CP).

This card has the Scavenger ability, which means that it gains 1 max health each time any monster dies.

Do you know if it is possible to invest in Splinterlands cards and I can resell it for money?

You can do that. If the price of the cards you buy will go up in the future. It can go down too. And you can also put valuable Splinterlands cards on the rental market. Even automatically. I used Splex.GG for that. It leased out the cards automatically to other players, and I received a passive income with it.

I'd love to participate in the Splinterlands giveaway! I recently got the Spellbook, and managed to get to Bronze III, but now I'm stuck. Seems like everybody I battle has lvl 2 summoners and leveled up cards, while the only sumoner I own is a lvl 1 General Sloan 😹 So I lose, and I lose and I keep losing! 390 season points for the first chest? Suuure, I only need 388 more.

Barcelona is a wonderful city - or so I've been told, and it looks great on the pictures I have seen. I hope you'll enjoy it there!

When I played Splinterlands, I was also mostly in the Bronze leagues. I rarely reached the Silver League.

So I lose, and I lose and I keep losing!

This is why I stopped playing Splinterlands many months ago. It became too hard to play. It was an enjoyable game in the past. Mainly in 2019. It was one of my favorite games.

Barcelona is a wonderful city - or so I've been told, and it looks great on the pictures I have seen. I hope you'll enjoy it there!

I saw a post the other day, I forgot who wrote it, but it said that after buying the Spellbook that person had to buy cards (mainly summoners) for almost $50 just to have a 50/50 win rate in Bronze III. 😿 Splinterlands should stop saying it's free to play!

It was not free in the past either. I bought the Beta starter set for $10 USD on 2018.12.30.
