The current season is much easier than the previous - I am already in the Bronze I League (2022.01.21)
The daily quest reward for today is not completely worthless, but it is very close to it. 21 Credits. At least it is better than the well known alchemy potion charge and than the legendary potion charge.
I played 23 battles in the current season, and I won 15 battles so far, so my current win rate is 65.21%. Because of being demotivated by the difficulty and the bad rewards of the previous season (that was my hardest Splinterlands season so far with dozens of hours of struggle, and compared to that the season end rewards were close to nothing), I played Splinterlands much less frequently in the previous few days than I used to be. So this is why I played only 23 battles in the current season. I am not alone. I read about the disappointing season end rewards from multiple users. Hopefully the season end rewards for this season will be much better.
We will see in less than 10 days.
By the way, the SPS is went down to around $0.12 USD. I am not sure whether staking all of my SPS is a good idea or not, but I am still staking all of my SPS.

I reached Bronze I today too, it looks easier probably because there a lot of bots with no new CL card, so if you bought some packs you have more choices to win and counter the "ghost" cards

Yeah I felt that this season was easier though - not sure why. Congrats! Ironically I think getting credits might be better than getting DEC at the moment.
I do not even remember when was the last time I received DEC as a daily quest reward. Nowadays I usually receive alchemy potion charges and legendary potion charges. Rarely credits.

I think DEC is only available in chest rewards for Silver leagues and above, while credits are in chests rewards for those in Bronze leagues. All the best too!
