This week's challenge for this blog is to Aim True in Battle Mage Secrets. I dont underestimate my opponent because its a duel of player versus player battle, its a duel that if you get the best position on the tournament you can have a gauranteed of a prize of Splintershards. I am having trouble deciding whether to go for pure Fire element or Dragon element. Tarsa is better because it can buff additional health and damage by 1, but if I go for Dragon element, I can play with fire and Dragon element cards. Ultimately,
I will use Quix's the Devious power to take advantage of the dual element combination and taking advantage of the Legendary Desert Dragon Abilities. With only 24 mana cost, I should always remember to use low mana cards that could suffice in challenging my opponent's choice of element and cards.

Battle Mage Secret Strategy

I used my Antoid Platoon to protect myself on the front lines when I had 24 mana available. I was certain that my opponent would concentrate on my front security, but when my opponent's card was revealed, I realized that I had underestimated him since he heavily relied on the strength of his Grum Flameblade Blood Lust abilities. which I was unable to prepare for, and my back lines offer little defense against stealthy attackers.

Early Match up

Early on, I assumed that my opponent would use range and take use of aim true skills, so I instantly selected the dragon element along with Quix the Devious, a summoner that reduce 1 damage to all opponent's Range Attackers and slows down movement.

Unexpectedly, with the mana cost provided by the rule set, my opponent used a high mana cost monster, which was Grum Flameblade and a summoner Tarsa. The main tanker of his team, Tusk the Wide, is the monster who plays the role as the main tanker instead Grum Flameblade. He hesitated about putting Grum in the first position because of the battle condition of Super Sneak. Super Sneak Provide all monster melee attack to attack on the backlines so Grum on his mind is he wanted to protect the team's primary member to pin me down because of the power of the blood lust ability from Grum, which is lethal on the late game.

Mid-Game Encounter

At once, Grum Flameblade began to steadily eliminate my soldiers. The fact that the bloodlust's strength was too great that its hard for me to actually stop it, the Super Sneak Abiltiy was perfect for the monster to terminate my troops gradually. This moments worry and terrifies me. The hunger for blood builds up attack power, speed boosts, and armor whenever Grum Flameblade eliminates one of my monster cards.

The power of my Desert Dragon is waiting it's turn to move and attack, but even my opponent's stronger card which is Grum has a weakness of its own. What I appreciate about my Desert Dragon is that it has the Retaliation Ability and Piercing, which could potentially assist me break through some armor against my opponent. We have lost most of our back lines in the fight, but the powerful cards are still there to defend and attack in the later stages of the game. I had one dispel monster card ready, but Grum Flameblade eliminated it right away.

End Game

Surprisingly, I was able to defeat my opponent, Trump Card Grum Flameblade. My Desert Dragon was able to withstand his onslaught because of his armor; without it, I may not have made it through the fight since my opponent bloodlust was too intense.

Following that, I defeated his strongest card Grum Flameblade, the Tanker Tusk the Wide is open and easy to destroy. Super Sneak allows my Desert Dragon to attack even when it is in second place and lacks reach ability. The battle condition is essential because it determines which card a player should use in the early and late phases of the fight. In my own battle, for instance, I had an intriguing setup and was taken aback by my opponent's card selection, but ultimately, I triumphed and won this challenge in the tournament.
