Another week for an exciting challenge!

As we move forward to the future with Splinterlands, it is exhilarating. Every focus point to achieve pushes me to own and rent the best cards.

Summoners:

These are the summoners I used in my battles.

1. TYRUS PALADIUM

A Khymerian prophecy says that a chosen hero will rise from humble beginnings to wield the Silver Shield and the Silver Sword, uniting the world against evil. Whispers in Khymeria say that Tyrus Paladium, the talented summoner who began as a fisherman is that chosen hero.

I joined Splinterlands last August 2021, and this summoner was one of the free cards to use in a battle. I liked him for his shield ability and with repair abilities or protection abilities from monsters, it could guard my cards against melee and ranged attacks. I used level 4 of this summoner so I could also use monsters at level 4 with abilities or higher damage, health, or speed.

2. MOTHER KHALA

This was also with Tyrus Paladium when I started which is still used in battles now. I usually use this summoner if I see the enemy has a series of Magic attacks in their history. (That is why it is important to review the enemy's history of attacks.)Since magic is directly hitting the monster's life, increased health will get a chance to counter the enemy. I usually pair it with the Crystal Werewolf to reduce the magic attack of the enemy by 1.

3. GENERAL SLOAN

This summoner was released from the Chaos Legion edition. It is by far the best summoner to support the lower league with their ranged attacks especially when they are using Pelacor Albalest.

THE BATTLE

I will discuss this Battle: Tyrus Paladium Vs Plado Emberstorm in detail. Shoutout to @boraxx15. Good game sir!

As you can see, Plado Emberstorm has increased, melee damage, health and speed. (Who wouldn't be nervous in a set-up like this?)

RULES:

Equalizer:

All monsters have equal health to the highest health of either team.

Holy Protection:

All monsters have divine shield ability.

Mana Cap: 29
Elements: Fire, Life & Dragon.

ROUND 1

First-round gave the upper hand to my enemy. Equal health gave Gorgoya Devil advantage to be a tank though he has a low attack, with the support of my Silvershield Knight it increases the melee attacks of my team. Because of Living Lava's Rust ability my Defender of Truth's protection/shield ability was not in use.
This would make my team vulnerable to attacks that may lead to my downfall. But thanks to Tyrus Paladium's increase shield, there is an extra shield to lean on. Air Elemental as the last tank makes it difficult for Tenyii Striker because of his dodge ability.

ROUND 2

First tank down for this second round but for the enemy he had his tank healed by Beetle Queen therefore my shield is still down for 1. As my Silvershield Knight took place the first tank, this has more damage on the enemy's first tank. Without realizing, my enemy was poor in defending his back.

ROUND 3

As I have said, the enemy had poor back defense. Because of my sneak monsters, Silvershield Assassin and Feral Spirit the enemy loses their monsters one by one. Double strike of Silvershiel Assassin does a great damage to the enemy where in higher chance she could always finish the enemy's monsters.In this round, Living lava was defeated.

ROUND 4

Now that Living Lava is down, my armor increased. Now there is 3 monster versus 5. It looks like I'm winning. But, Radiated Brute wasn't an easy finish. Her enraged ability makes my monster's attack a miss. Every damage on her the stronger she become. The advantage on this round is that, Tenyii Striker has only 2 health left at the end of this round.

ROUND 5

At the start of this round was a one hit combo to my tank. Even if he had 8 lives, he would still be defeated. Well, this round wasn't easy either. Tenyii Striker has also dodge ability making him to stay longer.

ROUND 6

At this round, Radiated Brute has been defeated as well as Tenyii Striker living the enemy with 1 monster which is Beetle Queen.

ROUND 7 and 8

As obvious as it seems, Beetle Queeen is a tough enemy. Her flying ability made it difficult for my Silvershield Assassin
to damage her. If it wasn't for my Defender of Truth's magic attack, the queen's healing ability might finish me. But gladly, I still prevail.
