Splinterlands Battle Mage Secrets Challenge - Stampede

Hello everyone, this is my entry to the splinterlands battle mage secrets challenge this week. I will be sharing one of my battles. For this battle, I used my account @yahuzah which is my spl account.

For this battle, I decided to use the Bortus summoner. I hoped my enemy would bring magic cards so my summoner could reduce them.

1st Position

---

For my first position in my lineup, I decided to go with the Serpent of Eld monster. This was so it could evade melee and ranged attacks.

Round 1

---

Upon starting the battle, my opponent’s summoner took effect adding +1 melee and health to the monsters.

The first attack came from my second monster, Djinn Oshanus followed by an attack from my first monster, Serpent of Els which resulted in the reduction of my enemy’s first monster, Anton Planton to 3.

My enemy’s third monster, Tenyii Striker attacked my last monster,DiemonShark reducing its shield to 3. My third monster, **River N ** attacked my enemy’s first monster rendering a damage of -1 health.

My enemy’s second and last monsters, Pyrenatch Devil and Tinderlock attacked my first monster and both missed. My enemy’s first monster was however able to do a damage of -2 shield to my first monster before my enemy’s fourth monster, Venari Markstrat attacked and missed.

Round 2

My Djinn Oshanus with the first attack of the second round killed my enemy’s first monster. My first monster attacked my enemy’s new first monster, Pyrenatch Devil and reduced its health to 1.

My enemy’s last monster, Tenyii Striker rendered a damage of -3 shield to my last monster. My third monster, River Nymph attacked and killed my enemy’s Pyrenatch Devil. Tenyii Striker then stepped into the first position.

My enemy’s last monster, Tinderlock was able to do damage in this round with an attack of 3 ranged attack before my enemy’s Venari Markstrat also delivered a further damage of 1 ranged. This reduced the health of my first monster to 1.

Round 3

Djinn Oshanus with an attack of 2 magic, attacked my enemy’s new first monster Tenyii Striker and reduced its health to 5. My first monster with an attack of 3 melee further reduced Tenyii Striker’s health to 2.

Tenyii Striker attacked and killed my first monster. River Nymph from my team did a damage of -1 health to Tenyii Striker. My enemy’s Tinderlock attacked and reduced the health of my new first monster Djinn Oshanus to 7. Venari Markstrat missed its attack ending the round.

Round 4

Djinn Oshanus killed my enemy’s Tenyii Striker and Venari Markstrat stepped into first position. My River Nymph did a -1 health damage to my enemy’s Venari Markstrat.

Using Tinderlock, my enemy reduced the health of my Djinn Oshanus to 4.

Round 5

Djinn Oshanus killed my enemy’s Venari Markstrat. This caused my enemy’s last monster Tinderlock to gain +1 stats.

Being the last monster and having the last stand ability, Tinderlock’s ranged attack increased to 6, speed increased to 5 and health increased to 17. At this point I realized the battle had become a lot tougher.

So, my enemy’s monster attacked and killed my Djinn Oshanus. River Nymph rendered -1 health damage ending the round.

Round 6

My enemy attacked and killed my River Nymph. DiemonShark finally got into first position and delivered a -2 melee damage to Tinderlock.

Round 7

Tinderlock attacked and reduced the health of my monster to 1.

My monster attacked and reduced the health of Tinderlock to 12 ending the 7 round.

Round 8

---

For the final round, I had already real sized I had lost the battle.

With just one attack, my enemy killed my only remaining monster ending the battle.

The battle was fought and lost in 8 rounds.
