Splinterlands Battle Mage Secrets Weekly Challenge - Equalizer

Hello everyone, this is my entry to the splinterlands battle mage challenge for this week. I will be describing one of my battles with the given ruleset. I used my account @yahuzah which is my spl account for all battles.

Battle Ruleset

Ruleset Icon	Description
	Wands Out : Only monsters with magic attack may be used in battle
	Equalizer : The initial health of monsters is equal to that of the monster on either team with the highest base health

These two rulesets meant that I could use only magic monsters. Also, all monsters would have the same health as the monster on either team who has the highest original (base) health. In this case all monsters had the health of 11.

For this battle, I chose the Delwyn Dragonscale summoner to allow me select one particular dragon monster I had in mind and to give all my monsters +1 magic attack.

Battle Tactics

In first position, I selected Void Dragon. I chose this mainly because of its void ability meaning magic attacks directed at this monsters is halved.

I selected Kron the Undying in second position. This was chosen for second position because it has its own healing ability.

In third position I selected Regal Peryton. With a speed of 5, it would be one of the first monsters to attack.

In the fourth position, I selected Mushroom Seer. I went with this because it has the silence ability meaning it reduces the magic attack of all enemy monsters by 1.

In the fifth position, I selected Goblin Psychic. I put Goblin Psychic in fifth for its ability to restore of a portion of the health for the monster in first position.

In sixth position, I selected another healing monster, Wood Nymph with the ability to restore a portion of the health of the monster in first position.

Battle Details

Summoner and unit buffs and debuffs took effect and the battle began. In the first round, only my enemy's fifth and sixth monsters were able to do damage to my first monster. The void dragon received only -1 health damage from my enemy's Mycelic Slipspawn and Goblin Psychic.

On the other hand, all my monsters were able to do damage to my enemy's fifth monster, Mycelic Slipspawn. All attacks were directed at it due to its taunt ability. By the end of round 1, my enemy's fifth monster was killed.

In round 2, only my enemy's last monster, Goblin Psychic did damage to my first monster while all of mine did damages. At the fourth attack from my monsters which was rendered by Kron the Undying, my enemy's first monster was killed.

By the end of the second round, no damage was done to me and the health of my enemy's new first monster, Moxian Rebel was 6.

In round 3, the third attack from my team done by Kron the Undying killed my enemy's Moxian Rebel. At the end of the round, my enemy's new first monster Djinn Biljka health reduced to 6.

The third attack from Kron the Undying in the fourth round killed my enemy's first monster. The new first monster of my enemy's health was 6 at the end of the round.

The third attack from you know who at this point killed my enemy's Ujurak Mystic. Like all the other rounds, the health of my enemy's Goblin Psychic was only 6.

With a combination of attacks in the sixth round, my second monster, Kron the Undying killed my enemy's remaining monster.
