Splinterlands Battle Mage Secrets Weekly Challenge - Explosive Weaponry

Hello everyone, this is my entry to the splinterlands battle mage challenge for this week. I will be describing one of my battles with the given ruleset. I used my account @yahuzah which is my spl account for all battles.

Battle Ruleset

Ruleset Icon	Description
	Wands Out : Only monsters with magic attacks may be used in battles
	Explosive weaponry : All monsters have the blast ability
	Equalizer : The initial health of all monsters is equal to that of the monster on either team with the highest base health.

These three rulesets meant that I could use only magic monsters who who would all have equal health at the start of the battle. It also meant that with the explosive weaponry ruleset, the second monster receives half damage done to the first monster.

For this battle, I chose the Delwyn Dragonstone summoner to allow me give my monsters an additional magic attack.

Battle Tactics

In first position, I selected Void Dragon mainly because of its void ability. It meant I would received half the damage thrown at me.

I selected Khmer Princess in second position. I chose this in second position to receive the blast damage and do attack of its own.

In the last position, I selected Mushroom Seer. This got the ability to remove one magic from my enemies which meant one less damage on my monsters.

Battle Details

Summoner buffs and unit debuffs took effect and the battle began. I attacked first with my first monster, Void Dragon followed by a blast damage on my enemy's second monster. My enemy's first monster did no damage to my first monster but did a blast damage to my second monster and the second monster from my enemy did same. My second monster did damages to my enemy's first and second monsters while my last monster killed my enemy's first monster.

My enemy's last monster healed the first and did damages to my first two monsters.

At the start of round 2, my first monster, Void Dragon did damages to my enemy's two monsters while my enemy's first monster did no damage to my first but did damage to my second. My last monster killed my enemy's first and did damage to the second.

My second monster attacked my enemy's remaining monster while my enemy healed and damaged my first and second monsters.

Attacks from my team killed my enemy in the third round making me victorious.
