Splinterlands Social Media Challenge - Rebellion Presale Ends in 20 Days

Hello everyone, hello splinterland warriors, still in the rebellion themed era, this blog is going to be centered around the rebellion packs.

Last week, I wrote about the newly released packs on spl known as the rebellion booster packs that will come with a lot of perks to holders. The presale is still ongoing and for details of what I wrote in that post, check here in all about the rebellion. To save you some time, the summary from the post is that the presale started on the 18th of October and run for 30 days. The total packs for sale is 500K. The top 6 holders of the packs will win a chance to participate in the design of a legendary summoner card and the top 250 buyers will earn a title in game.

That post also talks about the perks in purchasing up to 10 and 100 packs. Also in the post, you will find the arena advantages the packs can give.

Moving on, I will like to talk some more about the rebellion packs. The Rebellion set is scheduled to be released on the 5th of December. All the packs that users have bought will be opened during this time and the mechanics and features will be added to the game and monsters. It is during and after this 5th December that the packs will be available on a general sale. Meaning you will be able to find it in other marketplaces.

The total number of packs that will be available for sale is 9.5 M and it will be available for about $3. The interesting twist here is that there will be a fixed amount of rebellion packs that can be bought off the market everyday. This fixed amount will be about 25000 packs. On days that not all the 25000 packs are bought off various marketplaces, the remaining packs will be taken off the market or sale pool.

Of the remaining packs that are taken off the sale pool, 90% will be burned and the fate of the remaining 10% will be determined by the players who have staked sps. So, if you want to be a part of this decision, stake some sps friends even if it’s as little as 1sps.

I have been able to buy only 2 rebellion packs so far but I still have plans to buy more. With the presale not over yet, I hope I can get more.
