Taking into account what it can do, I feel that it is a somewhat legendary card, but seeing that it has certain characteristics that can diminish it in battle, we would have to take it into account in a quite powerful until it can give us more than incredible utility.

I definitely think this is a pretty good card to take into account or consider for battle. As we can see, it has 6 attack points, which is quite powerful. We can also conveniently use it for reverse speed battles, where this card would be more than well optimized. Something worth noting is that there are some monsters that can increase speed and thus help this card, and making an elf card would help a lot with some powerful and convenient for battle, which would make it good to have for use. Another important factor is that we have an ability that can take power away from monsters with no type of attack, and in this way, it would undoubtedly stand out quite well in battle, which gives us an incredible use for it in battle.

I definitely think this is one of the most powerful cards we can see, but we must take into account that increase in speed. There are some summoners that would help a lot to increase this speed, and even some dragons could help a lot by adding 2 points. I think placing it in a row of 5 or 4 would be convenient if we can add 3 speed points, which would make it quite optimal to use. I feel that it is a pretty good card, but taking into account these characteristics, which make it more than powerful, even with the requirement of only 8 points, it would be quite good to take it into account.
