I Made The Hard Decision To Sell My Land

I've made the tough decision to sell my Rare Occupied Forest in the Great Lowlands for a number of reasons.
Having a rare occuipied plot is great and all, but I have no other plots. Grain is gonna be an issue. Yes I can probably buy it, but is that worth doing in the long game??
What if grain becomes a really hot commodity and the price moons? I'm then stuck with an unproductive plot of land that's just a fancy ornamnet.I don't have the cards to run it productivly either. I need to drop a ton of DEC on new cards just to farm said plot and then on top of that is the big staking DEC requirements. These I just don't have or can't meet the costs for it.
After doing some calculations using the cards I currently own, the best I could get on this plot is:

11,550 PP/sps
66 grain/hr
I will officially earn so little I might aswell buy the SPS
Alas, we get to the positives!
Depending on the sale amount, if I manage to get a good return on this plot the plan is as follows:
Buy 5 Common Plots.
Buy a ton of cards so that I can actually use the plots to their full potential.
Use a portion of the DEC received to put into Guild Points to raise our awesome Guild up.
With the leftover DEC il treat myself to level 5 summoners so that I can finally use some of my cards!
The biggest block so far is the selling, but hopefully il get there soon.
I want to hit land 1.5 head on and be ready to put everything in soon as it's released.
