Language Beyond just a Communication

Language Beyond just a Communication

Hello amazing people of Hive reachout community, good day to you and welcome to my blog.

I believe the main reason why language was created is for everyone to be able to communication with one another, and it has always been everyone's way of interacting, having conversations and communicating with each other through speaking the language that the individual hear and understands. So I believe it's going to be a very difficult task for everyone to live without making use of language, this is because on view language is connected to everything's I do on every daily basis and that of others. I can't do without communicating with my loved ones and neighbors, and for this to happen I must speak a language in order to communicate with them.

Everyone speaks language in the whole world dough many language exist but they are mainly for the purpose of communication, here in my country will have about more than 500 languages which is spoken across different regions and States.

It's popularly known that three languages are the main language in Nigeria which is Igbo, hausa and Yoruba, I was born and brought up as an Igbo person, aside from English language which is the general language in my country, Igbo language is my first language which I can speak fluently without thinking otherwise.

Again I have hausa language as my second language apart from English, I can speak and understand hausa language.... I can't say that I totally knows every bit of the language but I know I have learned and can also speak about 80% of the it. I have lived in the middle belt for about seven good years now and that's how I learnt hausa language.

Nowadays language has gone beyond just a communication, and this is because of our individual differences and belief. Due to our culture, customs and tradition especially in Africa countries, language is never just a way of communication but also a unique way to identify someone's culture and the region's were they might comes from, and a person can easily gain trust from someone just because they realise that they both speaks the same language, shares the same culture and sometimes tradition.

If I would make up my mind to learn another language in my country it will probably be Yoruba language, this is because I am born and brought up in the east where I speaks Igbo language, in addition I already learned hausa language which is the major language in the North, so it will be a good thing for me to also learn Yoruba language which is mostly speaks in the West part of Nigeria. With that I can be able to hear and understand the three major languages in Nigeria and I will also be able to speak them fluently, interact with more people both far, near and beyond.

Thanks for being here 🥰
See you soon 🔜
