Splinterlands Battle Share with SCAVO FIREBOLT

Hi everyone! I hope you're enjoying playing Splinterlands!

Today I would like to share my battle with scavo firebolt, fire archery monster. This is also my participation to Splinterlands challenge: SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge! SCAVO FIREBOLT

When I look at the stats of the card, 4 mana, 4 attack, 4 speed, 6 health at the max level. Whenever attack is the same as mana, it's a really good mana - attack ratio.

It also has heavy hitter, doubles damage if the target monster is stunned. So it makes a great combo with spark pixie with stun.

I also like it has pretty good amount of health.

With Yodin, it does 5 damage with 3 blast damage. It's a really big damage for 4 mana monster.

Strategic Thoughts on this battle

• Earthquake ruleset: I tried to pick flying, armored, or high hp monsters.
• Even stevens: Fire has good monsters with even mana. So I chose Yodin.

My line up and positions

• 1st Tank: Cocatrice because this card is so evasive with 6 speed, and dodge. It is just 2 mana card.
  

• 2nd: Scavo chemist: it has slow, headwind, and cleanse. This is one of my favorite chaos legion fire card. It's great if the opponent uses archery like this time
  

• 3rd: Scavo firebolt: good damage, high health. It can tank a bit if necessary
  

• 4th: Tower griffin: it has flying and protect, so I use it a lot in earthquake ruleset
  

• 5th: Imp bowman, it's a great card with Yodin, high speed and flying
  

6th: Spark pixies: super fast and has dodge, if the opponent has sneak, it often times dodges sneak attack. So I often put it at the end

Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?

I think it worked pretty well. Next time, I could try adding more magic damage since most of the time, opponents likely to have armor.

Do you like SCAVO FIREBOLT? Why or why not?

I like scavo firebolt. It has a good stats for 4 mana. I don't use it too often since fire has so many good low mana archery monsters but I think I will use more in modern league or tournaments.
