Hello guys! Have you heard the new trending card about this water monster that they said "OP" that can give you 20 winstreak and also can beatup the famous yodin zaku

what does OP means in terms of gaming.

"OP" (overpowered) It's a gaming term means that a character, weapon, or skill is so strong that it gives the player an unfair advantage over others. It's overpowered because it's better than any other things in the game.

VENARI WAVESMITH is a one of the new reward card release by splinterlands.
This is a RARE type of monster and comes from water elements.

so what makes it special that makes him trending on social media. Lets see his stats and abilities.

We can see that on the Regular Foil
It have a
• HEALTH ❤ = 3
• Attack speed = 2
• Attack = 1

and in Gold Foil cards

• HEALTH ❤ = 4
• Attack speed = 4
• Attack = 3

With the its attack count and attack speed at Goldfoil. Really this card is a good addition on your water deck.

About its abilities. At level 1 - 4 it have the PROTECT ability Which will gives All friendly Monsters +2 Armor

and at Level 5 it will also have the DISPEL abilty That gives him the ability that when he hit an enemy, it clears all positive status effects on it.

CONCLUSION

I think VENARI WAVESMITH is not overpowered. It is just one of the great cards that have the good combination of stat and abilities which can help to balance the gameplay. Surely that the developers reviewed all that stat and abilities of all the cards before releasing it. So i suggest for all the players to start collecting this card while its cheap. As of this writing, market price is at $2 for regular foil card and $18 ish on goldfoil cards.a total of 58,996 already printed.
