This post is a bit late, in it, I will talk about my journey in the Season (103), I am preparing to launch this series as soon as a season is over it will be easier to organize what happened in it, the post about the current season (104) has already started to be written.

This was my worst season, a lot of work, study and other projects took a lot of my time that reflected significantly in the game, I couldn't even play in the finals days to enjoy the last week of the old rewards 😭. This season was worse than Season 102 in almost all aspects, no packs, no legendaries, etc., the only good thing was that I finally finished buying my DeepLurkers.

Economy

I was already buying some cards rewards a few months ago, because the prices were very low as an investment, most were the Uraeus, Tide Biter and Djinn Oshannus, these cards have a good valuation since the end of drops, I will hold a little more them, because there is no need to sell yet, and they are giving a good return when rented especially if they are at lvl 2 +.

I did not remember to print how much I was spending and earning with rentals this season, I will try to take a print around the second and last day for the next posts.

Card Spotlight

One of the special cards for me, I remember when I started playing splinterlands this was one of the first cards I got in the old reward chests.
More than a year later this card is still strong and is almost always present in my blue deck, can attack 2x per turn it easily breaks the barrier, explodes an entire team if it has blast, and melts any card that has no defense, the great charm that from lvl 4 can attack even in the first position.
As I am in the gold league I usually rent it at lvl 4 and the price varies between 15DEC/Day to 60DEC/Day.
The only sad part is that it may be giving goodbye to the modern format, because the new collection is already arriving, and it is part of the set Untamed, I recommend testing all this power in this format while there is still time 😁.

Season 103

I thought I was bad in previous seasons, but this was the worst season I had so far, my worst Rank, worst Rating, worst amount of matches, worst wins, worst amount of gold and silver chests, and the main the worst profit, but I saw something while I was doing the post that made me a little happy, I even think it was due to the small amount of games, but I had the best WinRate so far with 62.4%.
I was already a little discouraged with the rush of life where I had to leave some things I like aside, and as I knew that the whole reward system would change, I stepped on the brake to devote myself to other projects and better prepare myself for the next season where it will change a lot.

Best Matches

I only managed to save one match from the previous season and it was a defeat, at least it was an amazing match that took 24 rounds to finish, my melee damage debuff stopped all the opposing team, leading the game to the fatigue damage, in the end only the opponent Pelacor remained with only 1 of HP 😅.

Chaos Legions Packs

I complained that only one pack came in the previous season, now none came, I think it was the only season where I didn't get any miserable pack 😭.

Gladius Packs

Very different from the CL packs, I bought 5 packs with the merits gained throughout the season, but nothing very spectacular inside them, the best cards were the epic Edith Emerstar and Trapp Falloway and a GFC Hugo StrongSword.

💸 SHOPPING 💸

I finally managed to buy the 3 remaining copies of DeepLurker, I paid about $2,976 each, this fish was the most expensive card I ever bought in the game 😂, in the next post I will try to buy the 6 copies of Scavo Hireling and some copies of Supply Runner.

Bonus Pack

Almost nothing this season made me happy, and the bonus pack that I always buy did not differ, at least came a gold card, could have been worse 😅, altogether the pack is worth $0.57 well below the $2.44 I paid in this pack 😂.

🎊 NEXT STEPS 🎊

The end of the Chaos Legions set distribution is near, I need to run to at least complete the blue and neutral deck, I will rethink some rare cards, because I may have to buy some regular foil versions, I will also estimate how much is needed to complete both lists, then I will invest heavily in the missing cards and prepare myself for the next set that will soon be there 😄.
Another thing is that now I will hold all my Gladius and Chaos Legions packs to open them all together after I get the end of season chests 😅, will I be able to hold on?
