I find it hard to believe they will stay at those prices. Paying essentially 1000 usd for a guarentee at getting 1 promo card, just in vouchers, it's hard to see how that would add up when the market for vouchers starts saturating

Those Promo Cards will be extremely rare. Prices can not stay as they are... This would mean 20k USD only to have the right to spend $4000 more on the needed packs for the Promo.
