Merching on Splinterlands ! Gold Foil Cards???

I'm a 24 year old gamer who started my digital existence in the land of offline rpg. Even as a kid you understand that treasure has value, and that certain items are necessary for continued advancement. I dreamt up a world where i could fight all day, and sell my victory loot all night.

In comes ** Splinterlands**, a NFT Card Battling game where i can do just that. I'm speechless really. This isnt just a game to me but an objective. I spent years complaining about "modern" gaming. Modern gaming should with out a doubt involve online play. It should be accessible to all 24/7, right at your fingertips with tradeable, rare, in-game acquirable assets.

I believe Splinterlands has finally created the perfect virtual battleground every true gamer wants to live and wager.

Here is a small shot of my buys/sales. Thanks to a small initial investment I made I have been able to buy and sell lots of times.

I'm only two weeks in to Splinterlands, in my opinion I Believe Most of the NFT Card prices will skyrocket in value as time goes forward. Just gotta know which ones to pick. :)
Creating a listing requires resource credits which regenerate every minute. Each sale gets a 5% sales tax deducted so make sure you list the items with that 5% in mind so you don't end up losing any money. Ex: Buy Card @ 14cents Sell @ 16 at least to cover the 1 cent that gets deducted from tax.

**Gold Foil Cards **

My advice is to stay up to date with the in-game market. Don't EVER buy gold foil cards in the middle or towards the end of season. I did and lost 50% of my cards values in the following days as the season ended and everyone got a bunch of gold foil cards rewarded. Buy gold foil cards day 3 of the new season, rent them out on the last day. repeat. Never sell your gold foil cards. Earn more gold foil cards by merching other cards.

This is my first post to Hive , I can see that some of you agree with me that Splinterlands has a big and bright future. I look forward to learning merching techniques from all of you as well as simply being members of the same growing community.

Hello, @zodraktheghoul! This is @anggreklestari from @OCD team. We saw that you already posted your first post here in Hive! Congratulations and welcome! However, it would be awesome if you do an introduction post. As a sample of what an intro post is, you can refer to this intro post for reference:

Keeping Up With the Buzz - My Introduction to the Hive Community

There's no specific format on how you do your intro post, but there is some suggested content that we would love to see in your post. Information like who are you and where you're from, how did you discover Hive or who invited you, what types of content you want to see here and the types that you want to produce, and what are your expectations in this platform. There's no pressure on this. You can choose whatever information you would like to share.

You can tag me @anggreklestari on your intro post then if you have done with it.

Well, you can explore the communities that are suitable for your content. You can read some of the communities in this post: OCD Communities Incubation Program

For tips and information as a Hive newbie, click here: newbie guide.

The important thing is Hive is a bit different from other social media platforms since you are monetizing your blog. You can't include content that you don't own without sources. For more information, check this post: Why and How People Abuse and Plagiarise.

If you have questions, you can hop into OCD's Discord server and we'll gladly answer your questions. For now, @lovesniper will follow you and we are looking forward to your intro post!
