Hello, Splinterlands community! Good evening!
A new season is here, and in my case, it didn't exactly start with a bang.
To make up for this slow start, I decided to treat myself to a new Epic card. Let me show you!
The Glint Situation
In my last post, I mentioned that I’d probably reach around 60k Glint, but I completely miscalculated. To be exact, since it was my first time participating in the SPS burning, I saw an 11k Glint balance right next to my rank on the dashboard. I thought I had to add that to my rewards, but it turns out those were already won and credited to my account.
The Decision
Since I still managed to earn a decent amount of Glint this season, I went ahead and bought a new Epic card anyway.
If I can keep up this consistency, I think I’ll finally be able to buy my very first Legendary card soon.
Meet My New Weapon
Tadni Janda—that's her name—belongs to the Earth splinter and costs 5 mana.
Her stats are: 1 armor, 5 health, 2 speed, and 2 melee attack. Plus, she comes with the Wingbreak ability.
I think she’ll be a great pick for low-mana matches or when I want to run a slightly unbalanced lineup by placing high-mana cards in the back row.
Since she's a brand new addition to my deck, though, I still need to figure out the best strategy for her.
Do you have any tips or advice?
Time to push hard, stack those Glint, climb the leaderboard, and hope for the best...

Siamo arrivati a una nuova stagione e, nel mio caso, non è iniziata col botto.
Per ovviare a questo inizio non eclatante, mi sono regalato una nuova carta epica. Ora ve la mostro!
Premessa dei Glint
Nell'ultimo post avevo detto che sarei arrivato ad avere circa 60k, ma ho sbagliato i conti. O meglio, essendo la prima volta che partecipavo all'sps burning, leggevo nella dashboard la mia posizione con vicino una quota di glint pari a 11k, ma non dovevo accumularli a quelli delle ricompense: erano quelli già vinti e già accreditati.
La decisione
Visto che, in questa stagione, ho vinto una buona quantità di glint, ho deciso di acquistare una nuova carta epica.
Se dovessi riuscire a mantenere la costanza, credo che riuscirò ad acquistare finalmente una nuova, la prima, carta leggendaria.
Ecco la mia nuova arma
Tadni Janda, questo è il suo nome, fa parte del frammento terra e ha un costo di mana di 5.
Le sue statistiche sono: 1 armatura, 5 di salute, 2 di velocità e 2 di attacco da mischia. In più, ha il potere wingbreak.
Sarà una carta ottima quando avrò poco mana o vorrò schierare una squadra un po' squilibrata, mettendo carte con mana elevato nelle posizioni posteriori.
Ma essendo arrivata da poco, devo ancora studiare una buona strategia.
