Greetings to the entire #Splinterlands community!

Just two days and some hours left until the season ends, warriors!
If I may ask,how is the grinding going? If you didn’t reach your target, never mind—another season is just around the corner. Win or lose, I always keep one thing at the back of my mind: I make sure I learn something. Welcome to my blog,@zusi78 .

Splinterlands is no walk in the park, but that's what amps up the excitement.A winning strategy weighs stats, abilities, rulesets, mana caps, and beyond. That's why you must factor them all into your deck building. Toss in strong cards to boost your setups, and push hard to rack up as many victories as possible! 🔥

Now, to the topic of discourse: I've been running Elowen Sylphie, Skrag the Gnaw, and Thanalorian Blade as my frontline trio, sometimes adding Satha Toledo as a tank healer. This synergy among them feels like a real experiment to me.

Elowen grants Resurgence to Skrag and Blade. When Skrag dies early, he triggers Poison Burst (100% on the killer + 50% on adjacent units). He then revives at full strength and the poison starts eating through the opponent’s team. Thanalorian Blade follows up with Trample and Execute to clean up.
Even in 3 vs 5 or 3 vs 6 matchups, this synergy often dominates.

The beauty is in the adaptation: In rulesets like Fog of War (no Sneak, no Snipe, no Opportunity), my Satha Toledo protects Skrag after his first resurgence, keeping him alive and dangerous for the rest of the battle. In more aggressive rulesets, I let him die again for repeated poison bursts.
It feels more like smart strategy and synergy than pure quality over quantity — currently running at around 60% win rate.
Die, Revive, Poison & Trample — the loop that adapts. In the 6 battle replay links below, you’ll see exactly what I just explained.

Of course, it’s not perfect — if the opponent has a strong tank healer like Satha Toledo and no easy way (Sneak, Snipe, Opportunity) to remove her, Skrag sometimes doesn’t die, which slows down the poison engine. Still, the trio’s sustain and damage output remain very strong. It feels more like a strategy and synergy experiment than pure quality-over-quantity and right now, like I said earlier,it’s sitting at around 60% win rate.

What do you guys think? Have you tried similar resurgence + poison + healer combos?
