健身软件上的体能测试,只得了65分

最近疏于锻炼,就在健身软件上做了一个体能测试,看看身体状况有没有退步。
测试结果和之前相比,稍有下降,综合得分65分,腹肌依然是最弱的。

我感觉腹肌是最难练的,要想让腹肌棱角分明,必须有足够低的体脂,所以只是做卷腹是不够的,还要有大量的有氧。

而且我每次做完卷腹,不知为什么,脾气都会变得比较暴躁,难道这就是身体直接影响心理的证明?

综上所述,我对锻炼腹部是比较不热衷的,而且腹部外包裹着一层脂肪,能让你的核心力量更稳定,这也是为什么走力量系而不是健美系的人腹部肌肉更不明显。

但现在的审美就是8块腹肌,好看的腹肌更有吸引力。

如果是为了强身健体,根本不用大费周章的刻画棱角,

如果是为了增加男性魅力,那就更进一步,把肚子上的肥肉减了吧。
