Welcome to my another Splinterlands Battle Challenge.

In this post; I'll share my winning match with SERPENT OF THE FLAME in splinterlands.
And with this post; I'm going to join SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge! SCALE DOCTOR

THEME: SCALE DOCTOR

Edition: UNTAMED
Rarity: LEGENDARY
Element: DRAGON

ABILITIES: Strengthen at level 1; Triage at level 2; Rust at level 3; Repair at level 4

When I got to know that the theme of this week is gonna be a dragon legendary... I went to the market and I was looking at dragon legendary monsters and I was kinda sure that Scale Doctor will be the theme this time.

I normally don't keep and play with legendary monsters as they're costly.
I bought this legendary doctor after I've found that this is the theme monster of this week's battle challenge.

It's a ranged attacker with some abilities: Strengthen at level 1; Triage at level 2; Rust at level 3; Repair at level 4.

I didn't have any single card of this monster in my collection and then I went to the market and bought only 1 card the first time then I've seen the difference between the price of other cards so I bought some more with low price and then placed em on market with a high price to make it more valuable although now many cards are so much low valued that my ones :D

For its ranged attack, it's best to use far from the first place unless it's a battle with something special ruleset.

Stats of SCALE DOCTOR.

Now my SCALE DOCTOR is in level 1 which offers me 1 ranged attack, 2 speed & 7 health with "Strengthen" ability.
And it needs 5 mana to play.

• I've created this post sharing a gameplay link of one of my battles using SCALE DOCTOR.

• I just finished tagging splinterlands.

• So, to explain my lineup... Why did I use the cards I did? And why in that order?
  Yeah about that... In this match; I've played with dragon splinter using the earth team.

A Brief Info About The Match

The battles mana cap was 48 with "Back to Basic & Lost Magic" Rules.
I used dragon splinter using earth fire team for the match while my opponent used earth splinter.

My Lineup.

I had my Summoner CAMILA SUNGAZER in level 1, Nectar Queen in level 3, War Chaang in level 2, Barking Spider in level 3, Scale Doctor in level 1, Cyclops in level 2 & Javelin Thrower in level 2.

And my opponent had his/her cards as Nectar Queen in level 1, Orc Sergeant in level 1, Goblin Thief in level 1, Parasitic Growth in level 1, Screeching Vulture in level 1 & Elven Defender in level 1.

Let me talk about cards that I used in this battle.

Summoner: CAMILA SUNGAZER ^{(LEGENDARY Dragon Summoner)} - as summoner.

It is said that Camila Sungazer received her summoning abilities from visions wrought by staring day after day at the noon sun for her entire life. She is, of course, completely blind from staring at the sun, but her magic is most impressive - Source.

This is the first legendary summoner that I added to my deck.
I only had rare summoners before and then I was searching for some nice cards that have bigger DEC as burning price as I was and am still looking for unlocking new leagues that need many more collections more.

This summoner seemed a perfect one so I bought some for it and made it level 3 at first but now I'm using it in level 1.
She offers -1 melee attack to all enemy melee monsters.
She needs 3 mana for battle.

No 01: Nectar Queen ^{(Common Earth Monster)}

Unlike most queen bees, Nectar Queens is a vampire bee that lusts for a real taste for blood.

This bee is so powerful with a big melee attack and health.
I normally like to use this monster in every big mana battle in the first position.

My Nectar Queen is in level 4 with 4 melee attack, 3 speed, 12 health with "Flying" ability.
It needs 9 mana.

No 02: WAR CHAANG ^{(EPIC Neutral Monster)}

My WAR CHAANG is in level 3 which offers me 2 melee attack, 2 ranged attack, 3 speed & 9 health with "Retaliate" ability.

And it needs 7 mana to play.

It's an amazing monster who has a double attack.

From the visual and from the official lore of the monster, we can see that this monster is something that's been used in war and I've only seen them in cinema before.

Although I used this monster in the battle in the third position as I used another double attack monster in the second position.

For splinterlands, this is a fantastic monster with a double attack.
I was kind of confused about the best position for this monster in the battle.

I've learned that it's best to use in the second position as it has both ranged and melee attacks.
From the second position, it can attack with a ranged attack and if the front monster dies then this monster can come to the front and attack with melee.

No 03: Barking Spider ^{(Common Earth Monster)}

This is a ranged attacker of earth splinter with blind ability at level 6 which I try to use almost in every battle that I play with earth splinter and if it's available for that battle.

My Barking Spider is in level 4 with 2 ranged attacks, 3 speed & 6 health.
It needs 4 mana.

No 04: SCALE DOCTOR ^{(Legendary Dragon Monster)}

No 05: Cyclops ^{Rare Neutral Monster}

Another helpful monster in neutral splinter when it comes to playing with ranged monster although its speed is so low it can be a great asset sometimes and I've found this creepy monster helpful for so many times and I kinda like it.

My Cyclops is in level 4 with 3 melee attack, 1 speed, 6 health with "Shield" ability.
It needs 6 mana.

No 06: Javelin Thrower ^{(Rare Earth Monster)}

A lady inside a costume made with reptile skins that they killed with a big spear on one hand and this lady also looks like a big sized reptile and she's so fearsome.

My Javelin Thrower is in level 4 with 3 ranged attacks, 5 speed, 5 health with "Piercing" ability.
It needs 5 mana.

• In my personal opinion... SCALE DOCTOR is a nice fit for the ruleset for its power and ability.

• Yeah, my strategy worked out perfectly and I'll try to use similar helpful monsters next time if I need to.

• I'm going to share this post with the #splinterlands hashtag on Twitter after publishing this post.

On the battlefield.

With higher speeds, 5 of my monsters among 6 attacked and almost killed the big melee attacker which was the nectar queen of the opponent at the beginning and no monster of the opponent team attacked since all five monsters of my team finished attacking.

Three monsters of the opponent team died drastically in two levels with the attacks of my mighty monsters and the theme card, Scale Doctor was also doing fine in killing those opponent monsters.

The battle got finished in round 4 and my team didn't lose a single monster.
The opponent team used only melee attackers and I used the dragon summoner that made opponent monsters use only 1 melee attack while they had 2 melee attack for real.
So, I think that my line up was quite impressive for that and the opponent used low-level cards which was another great chance for me to win easily.

As far as I remember, my Scale Doctor didn't get a single shot from any monster of the opponent team.

It was indeed a fantastic battle that my team fought.
