Collecting ZING Rewards & Adding To the Liquidity Pool

It's been ages since I made a Holozing post so here we go. I ventured to my wallet located on TribalDex and notice my ZING token drops have piled up. Since I want to support the development of the game using those dropped ZING tokens to help fortify the ZING:SWAP.HIVE liquidity pool seems like an easy enough way to do that. Before we get to doing that lets claim our ZING rewards. As shown in the screenshot we have near 10,000 in dropped ZING rewards given to us for holding a collection. We also have about 3000 dropped ZING rewards for staking the ZING Token (that's right you earn more ZING for staking ZING). With a simple click on the CLAIM button those dropped ZING are now staked ZING. Lets move on to the next action which is adding to the ZING:SWAP.HIVE liquidity pool. Looks like I have 9297 liquid ZING. This means we need the USD worth of SWAP.HIVE to match that same amount of ZING. Lets see what the numbers tell us. The screenshot below shows we need 9+ SWAP.HIVE to match 9K+ Zing. Looking at my SWAP.HIVE balance I see I have near 0. I will need to transfer some HIVE to TribalDex to receive SWAP.HIVE or I will have to cancel a buy order I already have on the books. I choose option two this time (canceling a buy order). Done and Done --- Just like that I have added liquidity to the pool. TribalDex is reporting a 38.8% APR for those participating in the ZING:SWAP.HIVE liquidity pool. A cautionary reminder: do your own research on pools before jumping in. There's a reason why most have very attractive APR's. Smashed to gold league in Frontier for the first time in awhile (possibly ever). I used no potions when opening my Gold League rewards and was hit with what I think is an amazing flip. Out of a bakers dozen cards only three of them were common. One of them was a Legendary. We also snagged a couple ARCHONS. Six potions was the icing on the cake. Now that I think of it I'm certain at the time of me creating this post the Frontier Draw for this week has concluded. Lets go take a look to see if we got lucky and snagged a black foil card. We only have 30 draw tickets this week but 30 is allot more than the 0 we had last week. Looks like Splinterlands is in Maintenance mode - we won't be checking just yet. Even when in Maintenance mode Splinterlands provides entertainment. If you take a look at the screenshot below you will see an icon named "Fight". Pressing your space-bar will start a sword battle that will be played on spot. Be warned there is no countdown - it's on the moment you smash that bar - good luck the miniature game is allot of fun but you need to be quick if you want to win.

Random Thoughts: I want more Hive Power - current USD worth of HIVE makes attaining allot of Hive very possible. Aside from future poker winnings I made the decision to work with what I got on-chain for now. Meaning if I want more Hive I need to move assets around. I already been doing a little of that with #surge. There is doubt in the air as to how things are going with the surge token. Doubt causes opportunity for those willing to take on risk. This isn't an advertisement for you to jump into the SURGE market. More like ramblings of a mad man. While I picked up a little more SURGE over the past few days if markets allow I'll be getting more. I got about 1000 HBD that I'm thinking about swapping for SURGE. It's risky no doubt but so is everything else in cryptocurrency land. Sure I could SWAP that HBD for HIVE and have significantly more HIVE but given the opportunity to roll a dice --- I roll it more often than not. My goals remain the same - more Hive Tokens - more SPL assets - More Leo assets - more More.
