I believe you need to be in Gold to get the heals on the Mercenary...but Flesh Golem has Heals in Silver...but if you are in Gold, the Flesh Golem gets Void...which is very good, so i would say the Flesh Golem edged the Pelacor. But cost ($$$) wise the Pelacor u can max it without breaking the bank !!!
