After a very hectic End of Season and a change of playing schedule, I think my battling performance improved again!!!

My yesterday's 15 reward chests had 0.012 SPS, six merits, five Legendary potions, two Alchemy ones, a Blood Maker, an Ever-Hungry Skull and two Merdhampir! I got enough potions to open a pack! Very nice!!!

I got a Water focus today and it was pretty awesome!!! I had a blast using Possibilus the Wise and experimenting with it! I won 20 of 27 battles for a 74.1% win rate. I had 26 battles in Wild and one in Modern format, and for them I won 2.084 SPS. I hit 1,310 rating points (RP) in Wild and 1,064 RP in Modern. That means, I got into Silver II in Wild format today! Pretty cool! I couldn't get into Silver II in Modern because I struggled to get back in Silver III for a while. However, once in there, it was much easier to climb than yesterday.

For tomorrow, I will have four silver reward chests, and additionally, I got five EOS reward chests. Nine in total!

The Chaos Legion pack that I opened, thanks to today's rewarded potions, had in it a Silent Sha-vi, a Goblin Psychic, a Shadow Snitch, a rare Xenith Monk and a rare Thaddius Brood summoner! So cool! Those are pretty awesome cards, and they rent out very well! Especially, Thaddius and the Monk. It's been a while since I have a gold foil or a Legendary in of those packs. Let's hope in the next one they show up!

In today's remarkable battles, I will show you a weird occurrence that isn't so rare to see, but it's a conjunction of factors that shouldn't have happened.

The battle had "Super Sneak" and "Fire & Regret" rulesets, the mana cap was 42, which is pretty decent to set some Legendary monsters, and finally, Water was the only Splinter not allowed to use. This means, you can choose almost any card you want and combine it to take advantage of these rulesets. I usually like to use my Tarsa summoner who gives +1 melee to my monsters. However, I thought that it would be nice to use Death, so I could use Cabalist who has the "Amplify" ability and Cursed Windeku who has Thorns to spike my opponent's monsters. I also thought, as the Fire & Regret ruleset was active, I should do something about it. So, it occurred to me that I could use Quix the Devious summoner, lowering thus their range weapons attack in -1. That in combination to Amplify would cause less received damage, in case I got hit, but would return a +1 damage. Cool! I could even use Djinn Chwala in the back who also has Thorns along with Cursed Windeku. Scavo Hireling would serve me as an armor repairer, and to complete my line up, I decided to set up a Disintegrator in front row. I also added Desert Dragon in the second spot. Disintegrator would help me with the Demoralize ability, which takes down my opponent's melee in -1, and Desert Dragon would attack his back line due to the Super Sneak ruleset, getting rid of my opponent's stronger cards. However, not everything goes as you plan.

Enter Yodin Zaku. It seems, my opponent thought it would be "beneficial" for him to use Yodin with explosions and both +1 in health and range weapons abilities. What!? How so!? It will backfire to him! Maybe he was too fond of the past overpowered summoner's abilities. The thing is, it didn't work for him, as he intended it. And to be honest, it didn't work out for me, either. I mean, I won, yes. But, it was for a weird happening: he added enough range weapons power to self destroy him. How? He included two Snipers and an Opportunity card, attacking not two, but three cards at the same time, thanks to the explosions. On one hand, I reduced the damage with Quix and also I used big monsters with good health. On the other hand, and although the damage was considerable, the reflected damage to my opponent was bigger due to Amplify, and so I won. I don't know. I don't want to think my opponent was a bot. However, the signs are in there: a poor strategy, overlooking the basic rulesets, weird name with lots of numbers in it, as if he came out from an assembly line of U.S. Robots and Mechanical Men, Inc. He also doesn't seem to use HIVE or HIVE-Engine, so for that reason I must conclude he is a bot of some kind. For that reason, I sent him 500 SBT. I know I said the past two entries that I wouldn't choose a battle with a bot, but this was an interesting one and I hope you have enjoyed it! Thank you very much, @rivza91882214! GG!

Today was a fun day to play! I wish I could have included in this journal entry more about my shenanigans with Possibilus in the battlefield, but I'm just experimenting for now! Furthermore, I loved the rewards I got today, as well as my opened pack. As I'm getting closer to Silver I, I got very excited about it! I love when I arrive early in the season. However, it's still too early to break out the champagne! Let's see how I perform tomorrow!!! See you guys, and thank you for follow my daily adventures in Splinterlands!!!

Thank you! I hope some day you can get it back, but he's not the same anymore!

A lot of the older summoners aren't the same anymore. That is a reason I sold my level 4 Alric Stormbringer. He had a higher monetary value (at the time) then a play value. Although, I might regret it in the future.
