My Splinterlands Diary: Max Fire Archon and First Black Card

I'm here again to update the progress of my game. So much has happened to my cards since I last posted. I maxed out my Fire archon, got my first black card and now I'm opening Gladius chests.

Our leader @snowboarderpete gifted me Fire cards. As a result, most of my Fire cards are now at their maximum levels. This includes the legendary one Agniavan Salamander. It's very satisfying to see my cards grow in power.

As I have been more active in Modern format, my reward card are also growing. Even though they are common and rare cards, they will surely grow as I play more. I may even add epic and legendary cards soon if I get lucky.

Speaking of luck, I got my first black card. These black cards are super rare and can be won from weekly raffles. The black background design gives it an impression of class. These cards also come at maximum levels so no need to level them up. The one I got was an epic card Wild Horse Tamer.

We have done well in our latest brawls. I got some merits lying around that I will now use to but chests. I can use 6k merits to buy three chests.

Now I'll open the chests one by one. I hope to get lucky again and maybe get a legendary card.

First pack only had one rare. It's a disappointing start, maybe I will get lucky in the next one.

Second pack was the same. I hope the third pack gives the charm.

Third pack is....same as the other two. I didn't get anything special this time. It was too much to hope for for only three packs.

I have twenty seven gladiator cards with three legendary. It's not bad and they continue to grow and get upgraded. I see Katrelba Gobson is ready for level up.

I upgraded this card to level three and that wraps up my update to my Splinterlands diary.
