On June 15, season number 161 of Splinterlands came to an end; this season had quite a few surprises, both good and bad, in my progress toward completing the reward card collection from the Conclave Arcana set, introducing the new Rulesets Rise of the Exemplar and Power of Three, game interface changes, and new strategies and metas in this new season.

El 15 de Junio terminó la temporada número 161 de Splinterlands, esta temporada tuvo bastantes sorpresas tanto buenas como malas en mi avance para completar la colección de tarjetas de recompensas del conjunto Conclave Arcana desde las nuevas Rulesets Rise of the Exemplar y Power of Three, cambios en la interfaz del juego y nuevas estrategias y metas en esta nueva temporada.

This season featured another visual change in the end-of-season summary, where the information for each format is now displayed in my case, Frontier, Wild, and Survival (and surely this new season I will play some battles in the Modern format so that the information for all 4 formats appears as well); now the only thing missing would be giving us the option to download an image of those results in png or jpg format for both PC and Phone versions.

Esta temporada hubo otro cambio visual en el resumen del final de temporada donde sí se visualiza la información de cada formato en mi caso Frontier, Wild y Survival (y seguramente esta nueva temporada jugaré algunas batallas en el formato Modern para que sí aparezca también la información de los 4 formatos) ahora solo faltaría que me dieran la opción de descargar una imagen de esos resultados en formato png o jpg en versión PC y Teléfono

This season I managed to get a good amount of rewards, being 2 Foundations Packs and 5 Entries for the Weekly Frontier Draw, plus 100.000 from the Wild Leaderboard Prize and 167.719 from Ranked Season Rewards, as well as 4.716 from the Survival Bracket Reward and 25 Entries for the Weekly Fortune Draw, while missing out on more rewards due to an oversight.

Esta temporada conseguí una buena cantidad de recompensas siendo 2 Foundations Pack y 5 Entries para Weekly Frontier Draw, además de 100.000 de Wild Leaderboard Prize y 167.719 de Ranked Season Rewards además de 4.716 de Survival Bracket Reward y 25 Entries para Weekly Fortune Draw y perdiendo por un descuido tener más recompensas.

This season in Frontier I continue on a bad streak, dropping in the leaderboard standings from the previous 33 position down to the 46 position with a Winrate of 57.27% with 4.380 points, securing only 2 Foundations Packs and 5 Entries.

En esta temporada en Frontier sigo en una mala racha descendiendo en la tabla de posiciones pasando de la 33 posición anterior a la 46 posición con un Winrate de 57.27% con 4.380 puntos consiguiendo solo 2 Foundations Pack y 5 Entries.

I hope in this new season to reverse that downward trend in standings to try and re-enter the Top 25 in Frontier, this time indeed utilizing Aimee Whisperwind because I haven't used her that much, although this season I will probably have less time to play in Frontier.

Espero en esta nueva temporada poder revertir esa tendencia de bajar posiciones para intentar volver a entrar al Top 25 en Frontier esta vez sí usando a Aimee Whisperwind porque no la he usado tanto aunque esta temporada seguramente tenga menos tiempo para jugar en Frontier.

This season I attempted another strategy to try and optimize my Glints earnings, avoiding hitting 3.700 points to stay at 3.680 and aiming to land in the Top 50 since it granted a reward in Glints even if it's not the maximum I can achieve while avoiding entering Champion and its leaderboard where it is almost impossible for me to reach the Top 100; following that strategy I managed to reach my goal of 3.680 points, securing the 35 position with a Winrate of 49.24%, which is low but solid considering I threw a few battles to avoid jumping from 3.660 to 3.700 with a win streak that awards 40 points.

Esta temporada intenté hacer otra estrategia para intentar optimizar mi ganancia de Glints evitando llegar a los 3.700 puntos quedarme en los 3.680 e intentando quedar en el Top 50 ya que me daba una recompensa de Glints aunque no sea lo máximo que puedo obtener pero evitando entrar a Champion y su leaderboard donde es casi imposible que llegue al Top 100 y siguiendo esa estrategia pude llegar a mi meta de 3.680 puntos logrando la posición 35 con un Winrate de 49.24% que es bajo pero sólido teniendo en cuenta que perdí algunas batallas para evitar pasar de 3.660 a 3.700 con una racha de victoria que otorgan 40 puntos.

Seeing that this strategy worked for me, it's time to test it again this new season, although this season, even if I reach 3.680 points, there might be more players attempting to climb since others might apply the same strategy of alternating seasons, and during this one they might actually be interested in climbing to Champion having their points counted toward the Diamond leaderboard; regardless, I will try to climb into the Top 50 to try and secure the 100.000 Glints or at least lock down half of the prize in the Top 100.

Viendo que esta nueva me funcionó toca volver a probar la estrategia esta nueva temporada aunque puede que esta temporada aunque llegue a 3.680 puntos puede que en esta temporada haya más jugadores intentando subir ya que puede que otros jugadores hagan la misma estrategia de intercalar temporadas y en estas sí estén interesados en subir a Champion y les contabilicen los puntos en la leaderboard de Diamond aun así intentaré subir al Top 50 para intentar asegurar los 100.000 Glints o aunque sea asegurar la mitad del premio en el Top 100.

This season in Survival I tried to dedicate more time across different days so that my exhausted cards could recover, which allowed me to climb to Silver II with 1.340 points and a Winrate of 76.77%; but by failing to correctly calculate the time I would need to complete the 100 battles on the final day, just a few hours before the season ended I found myself just 1 battle away from completing the 100 in the final 5 minutes before it closed, meaning what could have been a reward of quite a few Glints and some copies of Darkguard Hellion ended up as nothing due to a lack of a few minutes to complete another match.

En esta temporada en Survival intenté dedicarle más tiempo en diferentes días para que mi tarjetas agotadas se recuperaran lo que me permitió subir a Silver II con 1.340 puntos con un Winrate de 76.77% pero al no calcular bien el tiempo que tendría para completar las 100 batallas el últimos día a pocas horas de terminar la temporada me quedé a 1 batalla de completar las 100 en los últimos 5 minutos que terminara lo que pudo ser una recompensa de bastantes Glints y algunas copias de Darkguard Hellion terminó en nada a falta de unos minutos para hacer otra batalla.

Although this season I would hope to be able to complete the 100 battles and look to reach Silver I, that will have to wait since this season features the Splinterlands Survival Mode Stress Testing Next Season where inside Bracket IV more Glints can be won, and I want to try and hit the 250 battles that are required, which represents a challenge partly due to not being accustomed to using cards at the maximum levels it allows, but where I can make greater use of my cards since the recovery time for exhausted cards is heavily reduced.

Aunque esta temporada esperaría poder hacer las 100 batallas y buscar llegar a Silver I esto tendrá que esperar ya que esta temporada está el Splinterlands Survival Mode Stress Testing Next Season donde en el Bracket IV se podrá ganar más Glints y yo quiero intentar hacer las 250 batallas que se necesitan lo cual es un reto en parte por lo estar acostumbrado a usar las tarjetas en los niveles máximo que este permite pero donde puedo usar más mis tarjetas a estar muy reducido el tiempo de recuperación de las tarjetas agotadas.
